Owner Aldo Nunez has been in the Pizza Restaurant business for 20 years!
Aldo & wife Betty own and Operate La Prima PIzza in the Napa Valley.
Aldo is a Classic Car Enthusiast and his wish was to create a fun & unique concept of a food truck! He decided to combine Pizza with a Classic Truck and Napa Valley Crust was born! Our 1946 International Harvest is equipped with a top of the line Italian Oven, Grill, Expresso Machine, Refrigerator, Freezer, Generator & more. NVC is self contains and includes hand washing facilities with hot water and a 3 compartment sink as well.
The Wood-fired taste is truly amazing! Presentation is great and costumer service even better!

Aldo’s dream is interrupted when in 2012 he gets diagnosed with Leukemia! 2 years later, we are happy to announce that ALDO is officially in Remission and gets a second chance! Aldo resumes his Pizza Truck project and introduces NVC in May of 2014!
