Description

Specialties

We produce two small production hand crafted wines. Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah.

History

Established in 1999.

The winery and vineyards have been in the Varozza family since 1913. Joseph Varozza made wine in the historic gravity feed winery, built in 1885, until he passed away in 1947. Jack is the third generation to farm the vineyards and began making wine again after fifty years. Born and raised on the ranch he and his father, Harold, farmed the vineyards and sold the fruit to other wineries until Jack leased them and started making wine again in 1999. Most of the vineyard is over fifty years old with the Zinfandel and Petite Sirah vines over seventy five years old.
