My name is Manny Marinos and I am the owner and operator of Homeguard Home Inspections. I perform all of the home inspections personally. I am a Long Island native with over 25 years of home inspection and home improvement experience. I am fully licensed and insured (NYS Lic. #16 000 060 946). I am a Certified Professional Inspector® trained by InterNACHI. My vast knowledge includes, but is not limited to: roofing; siding; electrical; plumbing; tile installation; and much more. I offer friendly advice to home buyers. I am willing to go the extra mile to explain how things work and how you can maintain your new home.
