By far, the worst service I have received from any business in my life. I called the office numerous times in one week because I had a couple questions about my policy before renewing. I spoke with THREE different people who said they would «check on that» and call me back. I was never called back. And «Mark» whose name and picture is on all my mail I get from State Farm, was never available to field any calls. I didn’t have any tickets or accidents, so I wanted to know why my insurance had gone UP rather down. If my questions had been answered the first time I called; I would have stayed just because switching would be somewhat of a hassle. Instead, I’m switching carriers effective immediately.
