Established in 1951.

Max Biernbaum started Max Biernbaum and Associates, LLC in 1951. Max was an enrolled agent and specialized in tax. Throughout the years Max Biernbaum & Associates has had an exceptional success rate in representing clientele before the IRS and reducing and eliminating all types of tax burdens.

Meet the Manager

Neal B.

Manager

Neal Biernbaum, Max’s son was designing and coding accounting programs for the automobile industry in Iowa when Max became ill. Neal returned to Saint Louis to close Max’s business but as he began working with the clients known to him since childhood it was decided Neal would keep the business open and continue to serve the large and diversified clientele.

Neal has been happily married to his wife, Patricia for 30 years and they have raised 5 children and now enjoy the times with their many grandchildren.
