New Horizons Computer Learning Centers

I have taken many tests at testing centers before, but while I was here they treated me like I did not matter. I waited for 20 minutes and the front desk woman skipped me so that she could get another man in before me who had shown up late for his test… Sorry, that is not my fault that he was late. I will never and advise anyone who thinks about taking a test here to not go through with it! The testing center in Brentwood is amazing and I will go there over here any day.

Training maybe good but the way I was treated as a Vet. I will never go to them again. I will pay more for better service. Never could talk to the manager and never return my calls.

I took one of my certification exam here. The place was clean and the lady was polite. Seemed pretty professional and experienced facility. I think I will be taking all my exams here, henceforth.

Good place for IT training. Good training that is informative and relivant.

I took a few classes here for work. The trainings were very helpful and informative. The people there were very nice, and eager to help you or make you more comfortable. If you have a group, they will negotiate a better rate as well.

I’ve been using this testing center for just about every certification test I’ve taken and it has been a ritual for me to come back and use them even though they were very far away from me. The proctors are pretty friendly and helpful. I think I’ve had one issue with an exam at this location that I had to ask for assistance with. They have lock boxes for the items you can’t take in the exam room and they either give you a key to the box or they lock the box in a closet.
One real problem I had was last year but the manager went above and beyond for me. I was going out of town to visit some friends in Florida and had scheduled an exam for the day before I left. The evening before my exam there was a pretty significant thunderstorm that hit the area. I was contacted just 3 hours before my exam to say that the facility had sustained some water damage and that they were going to reschedule my test for a later date. Not sure if anyone is familiar with Prometric but they only allow you to change the date 24 hours ahead of the scheduled time. Luckily for me, the manager had contacted Prometric ahead of time and gave me a number to call and representative was able to reschedule me at a different location the same day which was awesome.
