ReVitalize St Louis

ReVitalize St. Louis is a group of Rehab and City living enthusiasts that promotes revitalization efforts in the City through education, idea exchanges, architectural tours, support of progressive civic projects, etc.
They hold monthly meetings, e-​forums, and mostly free classes, seminars, etc. for rehabbers to exchange ideas, and gain useful info.
They conduct frequent behind-​the-​scenes architectural house and business tours of the most unique properties. I attend these periodically and I love them because the owners take you and a group of rehab junkies through their property and describe the entire undertaking of the project from start to finish. If you’ve never been, these are really interesting! They also sponsor a free Citywide house tour featuring for sale properties (The BIG BIG Tour).
ReVitalize St. Louis began as a grassroots network of support for people interested in the revitalization of St. Louis’ neighborhoods through renovation and grew to be much more than that. As a nonprofit organization, they welcome anyone to join in. I believe membership is free. They’re also on Face-​book.
