History
Established in 2009.
Several years ago, I had my taxes prepared by a CPA who did my return wrong. When I went to complain, he told me that it wasn’t his fault as «his girl» had input all the numbers. It seemed to me that since he signed the return, she should at least have looked at it to see if it was right.
Anyway, I never went back and always did my own taxes after that. When my situation became more complex, I took a tax class to get me through it, and that’s when I got a job offer to do it for other people.
After several years of working for a large company, I decided to form my own tax firm. The one thing I can absolutely guarantee is that if I signed a tax return, I really looked at it.

Business Owner
Janice E. Roberg is the founder and principal owner of Roberg Tax Solutions, LLC. Jan and her team bring many years of experience helping hundreds of business owners and individuals each year to plan tax strategies and prepare taxes. Jan is an Enrolled Agent and a member of NAEA, the National Association of Enrolled Agents, qualified to directly represent her clients with the IRS. In addition to her tax expertise, Jan has a degree in Economics and Business from Macalester College and has worked directly in small businesses, primarily with Real Estate Investment and Property Management firms. She has been a resident of Maryland Heights for almost 20 years, and has served in various roles in the local community including PTO President and Girl Scout neighborhood chair. She is married and the mother of two children (and understands the challenges of planning and funding college education.
