I am wondering how long JCPenny is going to last. It is just getting harder and harder to shop with them. I order items online to be delivered to the store free of charge and recently they make you go upstairs to the bridal registry desk to pick these items up. There is usually only one person working there so you wait and wait and wait and heaven forbid if you have to return your item! Ugh. Same desk, same line. Same wait. Not convenient! I won’t be ordering for store delivery anymore and probably not for home delivery either since I would have to take it back to this desk. Also *** this desk is NOT MARKED and I was not the only one wondering around the second floor looking for where to go to pick up my item! Not cool JC, not cool.
