Meet the Manager

Elizabeth L.

Manager

Elizabeth Leach began working for KinderCare in September 2002. She began her career with KinderCare working with toddlers and teaching small group reading classes. Elizabeth became the assistant director at another KinderCare location and became the center director of that KinderCare location in 2009. Elizabeth transferred to the East Saint Paul location in September 2014. She and her family live in Cottage Grove with her 4 boys. Her two younger boys, Nathanael and Isaac attend the East Saint Paul KinderCare. Elizabeth believes that all children should have access to a high quality early childhood education that includes a developmentally appropriate curriculum, knowledgeable and well-​trained educators, comprehensive services that support their health, nutrition, and social well-​being.
