Fury Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I called Fury motors to order two fog lights and a Amber turn light. When I went to go get them installed after receiving a phone call that the parts were in I arrived at the dealership to be told that the parts weren’t in. I played them a voicemail stating that my parts were there so they brought my truck back in from the time that it took me to leave the service area to go to the customer lounge they called me back minutes later they had to replace the bulbs. I will say I should’ve asked them for a quote because they charge me $ 101 to replace three bulbs that just took minutes to replace, but to make things worse as I got on the Wakota Bridge traveling at highway speeds my hood came up, they had forgotten to latch my hood. I called on four separate occasions and left messages not only for the service manager but also the general manager of the dealership it took them six days to respond and when they responded it was The service writer that called me back and to make things right they offered me a free oil change this type of service is just not acceptable in today’s business climate. Businesses need to understand that customers like myself just simply go away I am looking for new truck I won’t buy it from that Dodge dealership I recently did spend over $ 3000 on my 2004 truck but not from Fury. I do not recommend servicefrom this dealership.

I bought a jeep liberty for about 13k here in 2012. I just finished paying it off when I received a letter last week from Steve Davis, a used car manager here. The letter stated that they are completely depleted of these jeep vehicles and might be able to offer a great price to buy it back. I called to inquire and got a secretary who set up an appointment for appraisal, promising it would only take 10 minutes and that people have been very happy with the prices offered for these cars.
When I came in here the appointment didn’t seem to matter, they stuck me with whoever was around regardless of the time or person I was supposed to meet with. I immediately sensed the letter was a scam to get people to come in and buy another car from them.
When I told them I was not interested in a new car, just selling the jeep like the letter had said, they offered me 1k for the car. Which is worth at least 6−7k, runs great with no rust or damages. It also took nearly 40 minutes.
What a misleading, slimy way to waste people’s time. I will never open another letter I get from this place. Thanks for treating a previous customer like an f’ing idiot and thanks for wasting part of my night.

One of the worst dealership service departments yet. Poor customer service, and auto technicians frequently make mistake or simply don’t complete work. But don’t worry, they’ll be sure to charge you more than anyone else for their shoddy work.

If I could give NO stars I would. Sadly this used to be my go to place for service on my Jeep. I bought my 2012 Jeep Wrangler from the dealership and wanted to keep servicing it where i bought it. Keep in Mind. I drive TWENTY FIVE miles to come here. past 3 different Jeep Dealers. My main reason for doing so WAS Matt Taschner. He was appreciative, understanding and most of all he GOT THE JOB DONE. He warned me that he would be leaving the dealership to work for his family business and wished me luck. I knew that should have been my hint to take my Jeep somewhere else.
Since he has left it is AWFUL to bring my Jeep in. I have had a rattle in the front end for a little while and brought it in to have that looked at under warranty and also an oil change. The dealership called and said that the rattle was normal and my car was ready for pick up. I came into the dealership to get my car and inquire about the rattle and talked to a nice Express Lube tech and explained to him the rattles and asked if he could come out to my car with me so I could show him the rattle. he climbed under my jeep and started to shake the rig and I heard the noise right away. He found that it was the Steering Stablization bar and we set up an appointment to have it fixed. When I got in my car I noticed that they didnt do the oil change either that it was in the dealership for.
Fast forward to my appointment and I am now dealing with Stephanie. I explain to her the issues. and that I wanted the life time warranty alignment completed as well. and that my oil change was not done at the last appt. She types it all in the computer and sends me on my way with a loaner car and will call me.
Stephanie then calls me later in the day and says that they can not «replicate» the issue and that my car is ready for pick up. I then told her to ask Jeremy, the express lube tech that helped me find the rattle to show her what I was speaking about. She got defensive and snapped back at me and said «He is not a certified tech so he can NOT make suggestions, and that the rattle was coming from my AFTERMARKET Sway Link Disconnects» To which I responded, well. he found the rattle that I have had my car in there for before that your CERTIFIED tech can’t find so please ask him to show you. To which she responded that she could not. So I then told her to have my car ready and the tech ready to SHOW ME the rattle and that the disconnects were the cause of the rattle. She said she would see what she could do and call me back. Instead. she had Jeremy the tech call me back and he said that he bought the tech outside and showed him the rattle to which the tech responded (ohhhhh) and come to find out they needed to replace TieRods and and Drag Link Bar. Hmm Interesting since before Stephanie said it was just the Sway Links causing the rattle. They had to order in the part and would call me when it was done.
Stephanie then calls me to say that they can not find my Key Lock (they found one) And with an attitude said that they needed me to tell them where it was to get my car finished. I told her that if she had listened I told her the Key Lock and EXTENDER was in the glove box for them to use on my wheels. I receive another call that my jeep now has to be driven to another location since their service department can not do my alignment since my tires are too big. No biggie, whatever but wouldn’t they have known that when I made the appointment considering my Jeep has been in there since it was bought?
Finally I get a call that my Jeep is done, I come out to get it and they tell me that the rattle is still there, and that they are still blaming it on the sway links. Did they do anything or repair anything? I have no idea. .I was so disgusted with the service department and their treatment of me that I will never go back there again, nor buy another car from them. I will ensure that I tell everyone I come into contact about my experience as well.
I got a survey direct from Jeep asking about my experience to which I have not received a call back upon and also have emailed Dwight Smith, their manager about the experience yet never heard anything back from them either.
Listen to my warning. terrible. terrible place. My vehicle is under warranty. why can’t they fix the problems rather than try to dodge repairs and «unable to replicate» the issue?

Unprofessional to say the least from the service department. The «new» manager followed up from a week old voicemail after 9:00 PM last night. I’m pretty sure he violated call policies on that one. I’m researching that today. We purchased a new vehicle from Fury two years ago and had a wonderful experience however based on the consistently unprofessional service department we will never purchase from Fury again and will never recommend them to anyone.

I would not trust this service department to do anything on my vehicle. They are the most unprofessional group of idiots I have ever dealt with. 2.5 hours later and they did not have the common sense to figure out what was wrong with my 2012 Jeep. I took it to another dealer in the cities and they figured out and fixed the issue under an hour. Fury’s service department is rude, ignorant and confrontational. When I called back to tell them another dealer figured out what they couldn’t, the dumb girl in the service department was argumentative with me and I hung up. She actually called me back to argue some more and tell me «they were glad they weren’t going to have to see me again». The feeling is mutual, but that is immature and I want professionals working on my Jeep. Trust me, go to another Jeep dealer!
I had a bad gut feeling not to go here for service. When I was shopping around for my Jeep I did not like the salesman and bought my Jeep from another dealer. However I went because they are closer to home, big mistake!
They are also very inconsiderate to people who work for a living and need their vehicle to get back and forth. I scheduled an appointment to wait for my vehicle and it still took 2.5 hours. I asked about a shuttle and was told by the same ding dong girl above that the drop off and pick up was within a two hour window and that is when they have shuttle service. That is extremely unreliable and inconsiderate to the working class. There’s just nothing right about this dealer! NOTHING!

We traded in our old car for an almost new Dodge Journey. Dominic was very helpful and we did not feel rushed or any pressure. The car we saw online had already been shipped out to auction but he went out of his way and he paid to get it back for us a few days later and we ended up buying it. He also worked with us on our trade in to give us the deal we felt comfortable with.
There wasn’t a spare key originally but a few days after the sale was complete he called us and he had tracked down the spare key from the auction place and mailed it to us, now that’s great customer service! We didn’t even ask him to look for the key, he just did it and even after the sale was done. Couldn’t be happier with the service here and would highly recommend shopping here again!
