Iron Violets Design Studio specializes in on demand same day fresh floral designs and delivery. We deliver 7 days a week, early morning delivery options available upon request. We also provide full service wedding and sympathy design. Custom holiday décor and outdoor planters for year round curbside appeal. Please note that we are a private design studio and not a retail location that is open to the public. We would be happy to arrange a time for you to pick up your order but because all of our product is made fresh to order we can not accommodate any walk in customers. Please call you order in or order online at least 4 hours prior to when you need to pick up.

History

Established in 2010.

Established in 2010 as a hobby business for owner Britta Wilson who spent her 9 – 5 workday building other thriving floral companies. In 2015 when a start up she was helping to launch closed it’s doors she decided is was time to take all the valuable information she had gleend over the last 10 years and invest in making Iron Violets her full time passion. Full steam ahead!

Over 10 years’ experience working in the floral industry, with a special interest in weddings, events and corporate accounts. Whether it’s a birthday bud vase for a customer’s grandmother or a 4 day convention event with over 300 various arrangements, I treat each order with the same sense of urgency and importance.

Accomplishments:

Designed and built Glenrose Floral and Linder’s floral booth in the Horticulture Building at the MN State Fair for 2005 and 2006, 2012 and 2013.

Invited to decorate the Minnesota Governor’s Residence Christmas in 2009 and 2012

Minnesota Floral Association Designer of the Year 2^nd Place finish in 2010; top 6 in 2012 and 2013 and fourth place finish in the Koehler and Dramm Designer of the Year for 2012 and 2013

City of Hopkins 2010 First Place Holiday Window Décor Winner
