Had cheese steak and French fries to go, Monday 1130 in the morning. Fries limp, soggy black mess?! Steak and cheese would have been good if it was on fresh bread. Service was nice but he cooked and served it?! Funny thing the owner was in that morning and didn’t notice this! I’ll never will eat there again. Search for the best Philly cheese steak continues in Pinellas.

I moved to Treaure Island from NY in July of 2015. My boyfriend and I have been looking for a good pizza place ever since, we seen this place and decided to try it. Never again! This is by far the most bland and thin pizza I have had since living here. Possibly my entire life. I’m not even exactly sure what we paid for. There was no sauce and absolutely no cheese. I cannot even say we paid for dough because the dough was sooo thin. Just terrible. Not like NY. We will not be going back!

Absolutely loved this place! Not only was the pizza as delicious as really NY style pizza, the atmosphere was great! We were visiting for the week and we’re reading all of the reviews for places we will eat on Unilocal!So glad that some of you had already given this place honest reviews! The wings were great as well! The pizza crust was thinner so it had a wonderful crispness to it! The sauce and amount of cheese used was perfect. We would definitely visit again!

Best pizza I’ve had in any city for a very long time, maybe ever! I did have one delivery mess up where the pizza wasn’t done enough. Called and was asked if I’d like a call from the manager, I said yes, but nvr got a call. The pizzas since have been flawless.

Finding late night foods other than fast food can be hard. But we found this gem on Unilocal and it hit the spot. My husband and I both got a single slice of pizza. Cheese was perfect, sauce was delightful, but crust was a little too thin for my taste. I like a good doughy thin crust and this was like cracker thin crust. Husband loved the thin crust. The staff was really friendly for a midnight shift.

A Slice of New York on Unilocal.We were not expecting to find anything very good this late at night, but we were pleasantly surprised. The gentleman who helped us was one of the owners, and he was very friendly and helpful. They are open until 4 AM so if you ever need a good food in Saint Pete’s beach FL. late, this is a great place to go. We had the Caprese salad, which was delicious… better than most, with a nice balsamic vinegar glaze, fresh basil, and a very nice fresh mozzarella cheese, pretty reasonably priced. We each ordered a pizza, one veggie, and the other they called a lasagna pizza, personally the next time I probably order the meat lovers pizza over the lasagna pizza. We were not disappointed.

Very disappointed… everything was great except the crust. The crust was over done to say the least. I chose this place due to the fact they advertised 2 great quality ingredients on the website. This is true but the crust is horrible. If the crust could be fixed this would be 5 stars but as a local I am still on the look out for a favorite pizza place to be our go to place for everything.

While on a mini getaway to St. Pete with my husband we were both craving some good NY pizza. We found this spot on Unilocal.Very, very satisfied! We tried pinwheels for the first time and they were awesome! The pizza definitely has that NY flavor and so thin that you have to fold the slice to eat it. (That’s how we like it) The staff was very friendly. 5 stars!

Pizza was delicious! The owner took a call-​in order before he helped us and when he finished the call he proceeded to slam the phone down and complain to us that people were unreasonable when it comes to deliveries and continued to complain while we were trying to order. But, other than a owner that can’t control his anger, it was great!

First the bad… My pizza was overcooked. It was borderline burnt and almost ruined the pie. I like it crispy, but not black. I also was a bit annoyed that I payed more for a pizza that was on there specialty menu than I would have if I just ordered the ingredients that went on that pie alacarte. I got the Lasagna Pie which came with meatballs, sausage, and ricotta cheese. The pie was &$ 16.99 for a small and a small cheese ($ 10.99) plus three ingredients at $ 1.50 comes out to 15.49. Now I know that’s not too much less, but it’s principal. And I don’t think it’s a good practice. I feel cheated. The reason I gave it three stars is that the pizza was damn good in spite of being overpriced and almost burnt! They use quality ingredients and the dough is great! Plus, they are open until 4AM and even deliver super late too. I will give them another shot, but I will pay close attention this time and not allow myself to pay more for the same product…

New restaurant in the neighborhood. Tried takeout once and pizza was pretty good. Decided to come in and try. Not saying we won’t give it one more try as three stars is being generous — but no waitress service, which is fine, but slow, packed our food to go and clerk told him it was for dining in. Pizza was good — but clerk had to make a comment criticizing Vito and Michael’s Pizza. We were noticing that Vito and Michael’s pizza pies are much bigger and all are same price. Cheesesteak had a toasted bun? I am from Philly originally and have never eaten a cheesesteak on a toasted bun. The roll was huge, got hard quickly and they did not have the correct items on it. In my opinion the food is good enough — but if they don’t get the customer service right one more try is all they will get from us.

The food is amazing; almost authentic New York style pizza, awesome choices for toppings, and their eggplant parm dinner is huge and delicious. It’s a little pricey and you’ll wait longer than your quoted time, but it’s so delicious and worth it.

A Slice of New York is a must-​visit for the pizza lover in the Tampa/​St. Petersburg area. Located on the beach just past Steam & Chill, you will be very pleased with a variety of authentic high quality Italian options including all types of pizzas made with Grande cheese, homemade meat balls that will surely impress, and the best chicken parmesan I’ve ever ordered from a restaurant. If you dare, ask them for ricotta or their homemade daily mozzarella cheese instead of the Grande blend.
If you don’t like crispy pizza, then tell them. Otherwise, it’s crispy like it should be!

Just ordered some food for delivery. The young lady on the phone delivered more than great customer service and she told me 30 minutes and it was here in 28 minutes. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and garlic knots. Best garlic knots ever and the pizza is for sure new York style. We are from NY and moved here. No doubt this is pizza we have been missing from home. Also I didn’t know until today they are open until 4 am, great for weekends! We live a block away and we will be back!

Hands down best pizza in Florida. Quality ingredients, great thin crust with a New York crunch, top notch cheese, homemade sauce. When you put these together you blow away other wannabe dime a dozen pizza places. Since I moved to Florida five years ago from Nj/​New York area, I was upset because breads and bagels and pizza are a joke here. Thankfully I came across this place when on St Pete beach. The crunch is possible with pizza here. But quality and effort are required to do that when preparing pizza. Luckily this place focuses on high quality.

Got 2 cheese slices and a small Cesar salad for under $ 10! Pizza had a great flavor and really stringy cheese, which I love! :) slices of pizza were large and I wasn’t able to finish both and my salad! I would eat here again!

Food was awesome! Staff was really friendly. The restaurant was very clean. Lots of people were coming in and picking up carry out orders. Meatballs seem to be everyone’s favorite! The meatballs are a family recipe. I decided to try some dessert, too. This new restaurant should do very well.
