Horrible experience. An oil change and tire rotation took 2h and 40 minutes. Service advisors tried to insist on another $ 1800 dollars of repairs but did not offer to fix the left blinker, which is out, or the check engine light. The receptionist was the only nice person; we were stuck there so long we had to order lunch. She helped us find a place that would deliver and even called them for us on her cell phone! Will never go here again!!!

It is almost impossible to reach the service department. There are not enough people in service to answer the phone. I called parts to get a message to service since their mailbox was full.
