Deluxe Nails

If I’m going to pay for 2 «deluxe» spa pedicures the least you can do is have both pedicures last the same amount of time instead of my daughters finishing 20 minutes before mine and having her just sit next to me while I apparently got a better one!!! It wasn’t even like anyone was waiting, you walked right over to your station and sat your fat butt down and watched videos. Let’s just say your tip reflected that while the other lady got a hefty tip! You just lost 2 customers!

Everyone is very friendly and the acrylic stays on for at least 2 weeks! Great pedi options too. I love this place!

I don’t know why all of the bad reviews are «not recommended» because they are all spot on with their complaints about this place. I brought in a coupon for a deluxe spa pedicure and a gel manicure. It was 2 days before my wedding, and I was hoping to just relax for a couple of hours. They were annoyed right away with the fact that I had a coupon. My pedicure took 7 minutes. That’s it. 7 freaking minutes. They cut my toe. I told the lady that they cut my toe. She squirted some blue stuff on it and went about her business. The pedicure I paid for was supposed to come with a foot scrub. They never scrubbed my feet. They washed them, cut the cuticles and my toe, painted them, and that was it. It literally took them 7 minutes. The manicure was fine, but my maid of honor was super unhappy with her service, so she only tipped them $ 5. The manager walked over and complained very loudly to the lady who did her pedicure that she only got $ 3 for a tip. It was so unprofessional. They refused to use my competitor coupon for the manicure even though they said that they accepted competitor coupons, so I still ended up paying $ 48 for a pedicure and manicure.
As I was walking out, I noticed blood on my toe. I came back in, and they rubbed a cotton ball on it. I told them that I wanted my money back, but they refused, called me a liar, and said that they didn’t need me as a customer.
I’m currently disputing the charge with my credit card company. This place is HORRIBLE!!! Do not use them!!!

Went here for a mani/​pedi and they decided to do them at the same time to save time. I would not do this again since I didn’t really get to enjoy the pedicure b/​c of the manicure going on at the same time. The peducure results were wonderful, I’d definately come back for that. The manicure, not so much. The chair was on vibrate so my hands were shaking, I asked more than once if I should turn the chair off and she said no, it was fine. It was not. I got the gel nails and she got the polish all the way up to and on some of my cuticles instead of right below. Now, three days later all my nails have an edge to them and are rough where the polish has pulled away from the cuticle, my hair is constantly getting caught in my polish. $ 20 for polish I’ll get to wear for less than a week is not good!

I’ve been here a handful of times and am always happy with my fill, pedi/​polish changes. The staff is friendly and do a great job. I would definitely recommend this nail salon!
