Meet the Manager

Rob G.

Manager

With over 25 years of experience with a record of positive results, Chef Rob has taken the helm to help drive the field box to greater success. Chef Robs tenure includes companies like PF Chang’s where his responsibilities included recruiting staff, training and opening of new locations. He was an intricate part of the Midwest expansion.

Rob was also the VP of food operations for May Co until the sale to Federated. He oversaw the operation and helped update the systems to better mainstream the department which in turn increased revenue and decrease waste and overhead.

Rob has taken a step back after suffering a cerebral anuyerism, but is making his return with a vengeance.
