They are trained in x-​ray techniques and in order to make an accurate diagnosis may take x-​rays of your back and neck. Only after this initial examination will they offer a recommended course of treatment. Based on the analysis of your initial examination, your treatment could consist of chiropractic adjustment therapies, and rehabilitation.

Dr. Koelling and Dr. Turnbull have been serving St. Peters and St. Charles county community since 1990. Whenever possible, Dr. Koelling and Dr. Turnbull will try to bring about relief from pain as quickly as humanly possible. Dr. Koelling and Dr. Turnbull will provide you with options and educate you about the choices available. As Chiropractors with experience, Dr. Koelling and Dr. Turnbull use a «whole person approach». This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Dr. Koelling and Dr. Turnbull have worked with many local amateur and professional athletes; (i.e. Regional and National gymnast, Lindenwood College Track and Field, Missouri Baptiist College Track and Field, U.H.L. Division 1 — «Missouri River Otters» Hockey Team and the St. Louis Rams).
