My favorite pizza place in St. Pete. When I buy a house I want to be in their delivery zone LOL. You can tell their ingredients are quality and fresh. Campania pizza is the best thing ever for this non-​meat eater.

Overpriced, way too small. Ordered was messed up. Will never try it again.

Came out to Flippers for dinner because it has generally good. Decided I wanted a beer with dinner, so checked out the beer & wine menu. Out of the 6 «craft» beers listed, they only had 3 … none of which I wanted. Slack management — either cross them out or write what the have THAT DAY on a chalkboard. This isn’t a deal breaker in terms of coming back, but just irritating. Maybe next time we’ll call ahead …

This usted to be my Favorite pizza place unfortunately during my last visit, I ordered online with an expected time of 20 minutes… According to their website. Got there and had to wait 40 more minutes to get ready. No apologies no nothing, nobody cares about the service in there — lack of management… I was not the only person waiting and others were getting impatiens… I can understand if an invite to happens and told and explained but the way it was handled it was really poor… Very dissatisfied customer, sad to see a good quality pizza business with this lack of service a appreciation for their customers… specially on a Sunday…

Flippers had kind of screwed up an order of mine and so I called to tell them that I was really disappointed and the owner personally made sure everything was fixed, he was grateful that I had voiced my issue and that I would be a loyal customer, my subsequent experience experiences have been great! Update to my original review, the pizzas that I have ordered since have been outstanding, the price is reasonable, the cheese is delicious and the sauce is just like my uncles Billy’s famous New York pizza recipe! I am not a huge supporter of franchises but this is an exception :-)

I could not be more irritated by this place. Pizza is usually very good but the customer service is inexcusable. I ordered delivery 5 days ago and they told me 45 to 50 min. An hour later nothing… i called and the delivery driver had a battery issue… ok i get it… said he would be another 10 min… 2 hrs later nothing… i called the store and said I dont want it amymore… a pizza that was sitting in this guys car for at least an hour? No thanks… they said to me oh we are really busy I can’t call him… really???. i told them I would and cancelled. They told me I would get a credit on my card…5 days later nothing. I will give it until tomorrow and then will put in a formal complaint. They need customer service training. Sometimes things happen and I was very patient but when 2 hrs hits and they say oh he didn’t come yet? I’m really busy can’t help you… I will never ever eat at a Flippers again.

Terrible. We ordered two pizzas — one cheese only and one works no onions. Delivery in a hour. An hour and twenty minutes later we received two cheese pizzas.
We called Flippers and when the issue was explained, we were told «so?» Upon speaking with the manager, we were told we didn’t order correctly so we were «both in the wrong». He offered to send a replacement– in about two hours.
No thanks and never again.

Awesome Pizza! Had to wait for a table but it was worth it. Serive was great as well.

Ordered a carry out and specified light cheese. They showed me the pizza and I told them I asked for light cheese. The manager asked the cook if he went light on the cheese with this one, the cook said «yes», and the manager told me with a straight face «that is light cheese». Wow… apparently what the cook and manager says is final and correct! Never mind how the pizza was actually made. Picture has been uploaded, you be the judge…
I’m giving them 2 stars because I have been here for lunch before and had a great experience. The night manager on 10÷23÷15 is a moron.

It was a disappointment to say he least. It was a Friday night and I get it, it is a busy night for all restaurants. So to spare the wait time I called in to pick up (they don’t deliver to our area). I phoned in and was placed on hold immediately which again, I get it, it’s a Friday night. What I didn’t appreciate was being placed on hold for 11 minutes! Not once but TWICE! I was on hold from my work all the way to the restaurant. A shockingly disappointing 23 minutes.
When I get there I explain to the the cashier the situation and there was zero effort to repair the situation. No discount or free appetizer which is a manager call but worse was the minimal level of empathy. It kind of hurt paying full price and still waiting for my order a grand total of 45 minutes. We love this place but this was an unacceptable situation.
The lack of free stuff won’t keep us from coming back, but the lack of sympathy and little effort to even repair a situation to understanding consumers will.

Great services from the moment you walk in with a friendly hello. Their breadsticks are great, we can’t go their without ordering them. Pizza is always good with fresh ingredients, cheesy but not too greesy and a nice crust. They bring refills when they see you’re getting low without you having to request one. Jenelle and William are both excellent waiters. We love this place.

We have only dined in; the service is always good. we’ve had several items from the menu, over the past 5 months, with no complaints; It’s not the cheapest but it’s far from the most expensive!!! like the one just north on 4^th street in the old world of beers building they want almost 80 bucks I guess we’ll stick to FLIPPERS for now…

Ordered the Chicken Alfredo pasta dish and a small white pizza for lunch (takeout). It came up shy of $ 30 which I think is pretty high (no drink included). The pasta was alright, nothing to fawn over. The pizza was pretty disappointing. Like it should have baked longer? Certainly not worth the money for lunch that ended up in the trash.

I ordered an arugula, artichoke, and kalamata olive calzone for lunch. Perfect size for hearty lunch or dinner. The crust isn’t oily at all, and is rather thin for a calzone– which is good! The ingredients were very fresh and the marinara was flavorful and delicious. My guy ordered a personal size pizza (more like a small pizza– it’s pretty big!) and his crust was not oily as well. He loved the toppings and sauce. Service was polite and fast. Interior is super clean and nice. Considering that this place is just blocks away from us, we now have our go to pizza place.
UPDATE: The veggie sandwich was very oily and quite difficult to eat. Taste is pretty good, but I won’t order it again. Upside: our server William is awesome.

I ordered their pasta dish and it was disgusting! The pasta was mushy they must have put just enough sauce on it to color it, the sauage was dry, and I’ve never had garlic bread that was uncooked and no taste of garlic. Oh i also ordered a fountain drink and that was flat. I will never go back.
If it did taste good there wasn’t even enough to enjoy it and i don’t eat alot.

I ordered a large 5 topping pizza from this restaurant for delivery.
Attempted to order online but the site wasn’t working. I did notice there were no prices listed for pizza which struck me odd.
I called the store and ordered and didn’t pay attention to the clerk when he stated the price.
The pizza arrived and it was very small, equivalent to a small pizza at most restaurants.
I told the driver I ordered a large and was told that was their large size. He then handed me the credit card statement and I was aghast. The price was $ 27.00. I knew I had been had and paid the price plus tip and got a mediocre pizza that had nothing special about it.
I usually order from another shop which is not a chain and receive a HUGE 18″ pizza for $ 16 and change. I will go back to ordering from my favorite shop and would not recommend that anyone order a pizza from Flippers unless you have a lot of money to waste.

Fantastic pizza! All delicious and fresh. I had the salsicca rustica and had to go by immediately after I had eaten it so my boyfriend could have some. The only thing I’d say is order in so you get a hot press pizza– also makes it less soggy.
Salads are wonderful. I had Greek chopped and Tuscan chicken chopped. Both were so good! And dressing tasted great.

We have become regulars here. Never been dissapointed in the food or service We were just served by a very sweet young lady by the name of Lindsay. She provided us with great service from beginning to end! She was friendly and helpful. from the moment we entered!

Brick oven pizza with a variety of pizza options. Staff are knowledgeable about their products. The crust is wonderful! Decent beer and wine list. Drink prices or specials would enhance the experience.
