I started going to Bianca in May on a Groupon and have had all positive experiences with every visit. Here it is October and I’m still going for new treatments. she has so many to try! First of all I am reading about complaining that it is hard to get scheduled. well with any of the groupon/​living socials the Spas/​Nail salons/​hair are always hard to book at first as they are bombarded with the coupons-​I believe there is even a disclaimer about this. I also read about someone being upset the door is locked and you have to wait outside. Well it’s located on Central Ave in St. Pete-​not always the safest place to leave a door unlocked! She is only being protective of her clients that are inside while she/​they are behind closed doors. I’d rather that than have some incident happen. Bianca is a very positive person-​she loves what she does-​she is excited about it-​that is one thing that has kept me coming back. her knowledge and effervescent personality. I would rather go to someone that loves what they do than a boring person just getting thru their job. I have seen great results on all the body treatments that I have done and recently got a microdermabrasion treatment that I loved. as for the products-​yes, they sell them-​people complain about this! that is what a coupon is for-​come in try the services, hopefully come back and buy our products. Bianca has NEVER pushed products on me. just recently I finally asked and I did buy two products that will last me and so far that I love. so don’t listen to the nay sayers, have patience on appointments it’s worth it and go more than once for treatments-​people are not magic-​you cannot change things with one appt you have to follow thru. love going to someone that loves what they do and shows me great results for my time & money.

I would give zero stars if possible. Scheduled my first appointment a month prior, came in early, was showed to the room and left for over 45 mins when I decided to get my stuff and leave. I was apologized to and rescheduled for the following week. 3 hours prior to my appointment I received a text that my appointment was canceled because «no one can do it». Extremely unprofessional

They don’t clean and disinfect in between clients. While I was there the department of health came in bc apparently someone reported them and I was able to hear everything. How she is still able to run a business blows my mind. Fact — you will not leave without them trying to scam you to spend more money I promise you that. They’ll throw a great deal at you to get you in the door and then nickel and dime the hell out of you. Bianca, the owner, I found changed the name of her spa because of such horrible reviews. That’s crazy!

There is a whole lot of bad reviews, so I didn’t expect much with a groupon. I was completely delighted with the lovely and very knowledgeable Bianca and Hannah who are the owners and service providers. I came with a trial groupon for the dermabrasion
and left with a gift certificate 4 months of dermabrasion at $ 200 — what a deal! I was told about the products and what they do. I have some products, another brand at home for exfoliating and a cleanser. Bianca did not ask me to switch, just gave me more options for products that are for other areas. I am planning on getting them as birthday gifts.
I believe the bad reviews are the results of a special they ran for a spa day and had an overwhelming response and the pressure was too much to handle — just a learning blip. Please give these ladies a chance — they really have a great attitude and know there stuff. I’m totally happy with the results too — I really look better!

This is a tough one. I’m between a 2 or 3 because of there scheduling issues.
They have a lot of potential, Is nicely decorated, has a peaceful atmosphere, the staff are very friendly.
A little over a year ago I scheduled my appointment, there was a 2 or 3 month wait. I ended up having to cancel because I was stuck out of town due to a flight issue. The appointment was rescheduled and since then has been canceled by Imagine you new, numerous times. One of the times, I showed up for my massage but then was told I couldn’t have my other services because of a scheduling conflict. I scheduled my other services but they were canceled again. What makes it worse is that they are impossible to get a hold of. No one has ever answered the phone, and when you leave a message or send an email it’s 2 – 4 days, maybe more until they get back to you. I ended up having to drive there to make my appointment so I could finish using my gift certificate.
If they could fix the scheduling issues and someone would get back to you at a reasonable amount of time, it would be some place I would go back to.
The massage and facial were great and the manicure was good.

Do not get their Groupon! I got one for Christmas and had a lot of issues of trying to use it. Scheduling my appointment was difficult. First, I called Friday and left a message. After not hearing back by Tuesday, I called again and got somebody. My facial, mani/​pedi was scheduled 1 month out. Then the day of my appointment I got a phone call of cancelation, so I had to reschedule again. 1 month out, as well. Luckily, my groupon was honored (because it was expired by my 2^nd try). When I came in, I had my facial right away. It was pretty good and Bianka was very nice and sweet. After that I was in the waiting room for 50 minutes, waiting on my mani/​pedi! I was told, «it’s going to be just a little while longer» a few times while waiting. Unfortunately, it wasn’t worth the wait… Although, the staff was very nice, I didn’t think, she did a good job. My cuticles were untouched and lots of little bumps/​bubbles in the nail polish, which didn’t cover my nails all the way.

I bought two packages in December.
Sixteen incoherent emails later (Don’t waste your time calling) I received an appointment in JUNE.
Walmart quality services. My pedicure resembled my seven year old nails when she paints her own. Oh best part, I had to listen to the owner/​estheticians lack of love life THE WHOLE TIME.
This establishment is absolutely ridiculous.

I had a groupon, but it expired due to the fact that when I first purchased it was so hard to schedule an appt. If you look at the groupon you are getting a lot of services at once, so unless you have a very open schedule, it is highly unlikely that you will find an available appt unless you take some time off (ppl with jobs. it’s hard to use that groupon). So since my groupon expired, I applied the value towards a swedish massage.
I would actually like to give this place a 3.5, A-​OK +, because it’s almost impossible to get a 5 from me most of the time, 4 I REALLY like you, and 3 stars, wasn’t bad Ill try again. 3.5– Ill try again and I enjoyed it.
Atmosphere– The space is really nice, and the music they play was sooo relaxing.
Service– I sat in a nice waiting room briefly, there was water and treats available. The therapists were nice and friendly when I entered. If your Groupon expired, they will offer you the same package at another date at a discounted rate.
Massage– It wasn’t the BEST massage I ever had, but it was a GOOD massage. I got the swedish and the strokes were deep enough for me. I went to some before where it just felt like they were barely touching me and just rubbing lotion on me. I was offered an essential oil which smelt great, and I was massaged head to toe. My therapist name was Cheryl, and she was good :)
Conclusion– I made another appointment because it was pretty Good and close to where I live.
I wish they offered couples massages, but they do not have a room big enough.

Had a groupon for this place so thought I’d check it out.
First off– I bought the groupon in December, the first available opening was in September! Needless to say I made the booking and yesterday my appointment finally came around. My appointment was for 10am, I got there at 9:50 and the building was locked up. They did not unlock the doors until 10 on the dot, and didn’t open the door to greet the two other ladies and myself waiting, they just unlocked the door and walked away.
When we went in we were escorted to the back room to sit and wait until they were ready to start business I guess. They had us fill out a short info form. My first «rotation» was the pedicure. This was alright– the lady was very friendly and talkative. She didn’t scrub the bottom of my feet to the point I would have liked– and the paint job wasn’t the best. But all in all it was okay. Then I was whisked to the waiting area again. About 15 minutes later I was taken for my facial. I really enjoyed the facial but I did not enjoy the constant up-​selling of products. I’m there to relax– not to be sold on the products you’re using. The lady who did the facial then said she was going to give me a foot massage… Not sure why but I didn’t complain… Until the foot massage lasted a whole 4 minutes.
I was then taken for my 60-​minute massage. I set my phone timer. From the time I laid down to the time I got dressed was 45 minutes. Not 60 minutes long. The massage was more of a body rub then anything.
After the massage I was done. The groupon also said I should get an eye treatment but I was ready to head home anyways. when I went to the desk to give my groupon print out she asked if I’d like to leave gratuity on a credit card. I said sure and said $ 30. The lady then says «well the total value of your spa day was $ 250. So 20% would be $ 53» uhm okay… I told her I’d still like to leave my $ 30. The groupon cost me $ 50 and said half off meaning my total spa day was $ 100. Regardless it’s what I wanted to leave. Right when I insisted on only leaving $ 30 her attitude completely changed towards me and became rude. Thankfully I was just heading out and wouldn’t have to see her again.

Unfortunately I had a similar experience to many of the ladies on here… Very rude staff, after driving an hour to get there, told me they wouldn’t take a voucher even though they scheduled me based on the voucher. Facilities didn’t look that great either.
There are plenty of other options in the St. Pete area that are MUCH better. And friendlier. Choose one of them instead.

Honestly, I can’t even begin to describe how awful their customer service is. I got a living social voucher that I was never able to use because they kept rescheduling me until after the expiration. They never answer the phones, they’re rude and they didn’t apologize for any rescheduling issues on THEIR part. Thank goodness LivingSocial is going to refund my money! Stay away, stay far far away! I really hope sites like living social, groupon and half depot stop letting them advertise and offer vouchers.

I came in for a microdermabrasion treatment with a resurfacer. My skin was dramatically different the first time, I left really hydrated. They use the product line dermaquest skin therapy which I am using now and love. I like the ambiance and will continue with my treatments.

From the moment I pulled up to their old location, in which I had an appointment at, there was no sign letting me know they relocated! I was stumped… When I drove back across town and finally found the location… The facial was meh and super fast, like 15 minutes fast — and yes they tried to up sell their services and their products while I’m trying to relax. Oh and they are attempting to charge $ 20 more a bottle of product than you can find online, come on! Next was ‘spa’ pedicure… Ummm may be the worst pedicure I’ve received and there was nothing spa about it. Rushed, bad paint job. The massage was the highlight — minus the up sell attempt at the beginning and the fact it was supposed to be an hour and I ended in 40 minutes. At checkout I was again pressed to buy product and gift certificates! You can imagine one thing… I’ll never be back!

First off, it’s very hard to get someone to answer the phone. I came here only for facials but they aren’t that good. I think I’ll go back to my dermatologist for facials. They try to sell you so many add ons. Today I’m waiting for my appt and they are already 30 minutes behind. Turns out they never put me down on their calendar after I bought a package deal. They gave me my money back for being so screwed up. No more chances from me.

Here it is almost 2 years later and Hannah responds to my review. How can she even remember what happened?
First of all, I am a licensed massage therapist and understand problems in business but I never yelled or was rude to anyone ever. It’s just not my nature. While I did get a refund, it was not immediately, I was mailed a check to my home address. Hannah might be mixing me up with another unhappy customer. I’m not sure what point she was trying to make commenting on the amount of reviews I have on Unilocal but I am part of the Unilocal Elite community and I travel often. I depend on other Unilocalers to steer me in the right direction. I gave her business a second chance and they let me slip thru the cracks. It’s my choice not to go back.

What happened to the original staff? I bought a half off depot deal and tried several times to use it, but to no avail.
On my second trip here, the service were not as nearly as good as my first visit and the place could use a deep cleaning.

Great experience. Made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend Imagine You New to anyone looking for an amazing experience at a reasonable price.
