6 people and a manager behind the counter 1 person waiting for food. I could’ve been on fire and they wouldn’t have even noticed. I get that it’s only fast food but what’s the point of having all those people behind the counter if they won’t wait on you. Save a trip and just go next door to chic-​fil-​a.

I’ve been to this location 3 times in the last 4 years. Each time they not only mess up my order, but they mess it up repeatedly! To make matters worse, they’ve tried to turn it on ME and how I ordered. The last time I wrote down my order, they still got it wrong 5 TIMES! A plain cheeseburger (implies cheese on the burger does it not?) with only onions. How hard is it to grasp? It means no ketchup, mustard, pickles. A meat party with cheese, on a bun… with onions. Yet, they continue to use every possible combination except the way I order. Never again. I’ll just eat at Barnes and Noble.

They have been there over 40 years and gone through 2 renovations. Only reason it doesn’t get a 5 star anymore is that they stopped being a 24 hour store.
