History

Established in 2008.

Principles have over twenty years of construction technologies and commercial general contracting backgrounds. Company was formed to offer both our commercial clients and residential clients full energy analysis and the SEM Path To Zero Energy. We were the first solar contractor to build a 4,500 sq ft zero energy LEED platnimum home. Our commercial clients benefit from our in house HVAC /​Chiller team as well as electrical /​lighting staff.
