History
Established in 2001.
Together, Eric and Amy Pace own Aire Serv of Fort Bend, a residential speciality air conditioning and heating business serving the Fort Bend County area. By putting extra care into the residential realm we can offer customers a more personal, clean and comfortable experience in the home.
Eric has been in the HVAC and Refrigeration industry for over 20 years and opened his own business in 2001 with Texas Industrial Air Services, LLC. While his business continues to grow and serve the commercial and industrial needs in the Houston, TX area, Eric wanted more for his residential clients. He sought to start Aire Serv of Fort Bend in 2009 to enhance the residential experience for homeowners.
Amy, being a nurse and caretaker of their home, found that Aire Serv addressed so many issues home owners have with repair companies.
Together we work to improve the personal experience with qualified technicians, cheerful office staff and caring for everyone’s experience!

Eric has been in the heating and air conditioning industry for 19 years. He and his wife, Amy, have three sons. Eric enjoys being outdoors backpacking, hiking, camping and hunting.
