On Time Watch & Clock Repair

Ronnie and his wife are about the nicest people you’ll find. They repaired a family mantel clock that others couldn’t and charged a fair price for the repair. It’s running for the first time in 20 years! I highly recommend them.

The owners are so nice and polite! I came in with my Kate Spade watch, it took less than ten minutes to replace the battery. There was also a green speck on one of the watch’s hands and they took care of it without charging me. Definitely coming back again!

I have brought a total of 4 watches to this shop, having batteries replaced and links taken off for better fit and they do a wonderful job!.. the service is great and the couple who runs the store are just amazingly nice people ! I’ve been to the malls having the same done before and I always end up going back for readjustment because of shoddy work and they charge more ! It goes to show you, it’s always better to go to a professional… I highly recommend this place if you need any kind of work done with your timepiece …

Came here with my Titan Chronograoh watch, which isnt available in US, but was very pleased by the knowledge of the wonderful sweet couple who run this repair shop! They repaired my metal strap right then for just $ 10, but afterwards when i decided to get my watch polished (for $ 25), they decided to not charge me for the strap repair.
Keep in mind polishing takes a day, so its an overnighter, but very happy with the result!

Friendly, quick, excellent service at a very fair and reasonable price. I bought 1 new watch band and had another watch band re-​sized, and we were in and out in the blink of an eye. The total cost was much less than I had expected.

Based on the reviews, and i went to store had my 3 watches battery replacement and asked Ronnie if my cartier watch needs full service. He checked and told me don’t need it. The battery replacement is $ 10 for a watch, which cartier store charge for $ 75.

I must say all the reviews about this place has been on point and true. Great atmosphere, knowledgeable owners who care about their customers. I needed to change the battery for my watch and it took 5 minutes. While speaking to them they told me that they will be retiring in the next 18 months so I will be taking all my watches there before they close.

The owners are absolutely amazing. I took my watch in to have it inspected and have the battery replaced. They only charged ten bucks for the battery replacement and he tightened the links and oiled the inside of my watch free of charge.
Very nice couple and will definitely drive from Katy to have them work on any watch here on in my life.

I went there today and had barely sat down and was told the watch I brought was fixed. The battery needed to be replaced and it was done while I barely waited. I love this place and it was not my first visit. The owner was courteous and friendly. Will definitely take my other watches here for repairs.

All I needed was a new battery, but my wife’s watch backing is the type you need a press. Most department stores won’t do it anymore (liability). A jewelry store might not do it if the watch wasn’t purchased from them (been there). I found this place after researching Unilocal.I wasn’t sure about the shop’s hours, but fortunately he was open when I arrived at 9:30am. The guy was really nice and polite. I gave him the watch and in about 5 minutes he was finished. He also reset the time and date. The cost was $ 10. I know, the battery is cheap, but the guy has to make money. I’d rather pay $ 10 than to take the chance in breaking my wife’s watch crystal.

Happened on this place when I needed a repair and couldn’t be happier. He’s very nice and knowledgeable. I’m bringing other watches there today to be worked on.

This is one watch repair shop I’d recommend to anyone needing work done. I only went in for a battery change and it took less than ten minutes. As soon as I walked in the attendant already makes the visit pleasant by being friendly. She handed my watch to the repairman and he immediately began working on it. Another customer came to pick up her previously dropped-​off watch and noted how clean it was, she couldn’t even recognize it. The attendant told her they take the watches apart and polish them to a nice shine. I watched as they did this to mine, just for a battery change. The prices are reasonable and a battery replacement was only ten dollars. I’d definitely recommend coming here for any watch needs as well as little knick knacks to decorate your home.

I have been going here for some time now ever since a friend recommended this place. Ronnie the owner is an upfront person. His charges are reasonable, he explains what he will do and provides a warranty where applicable.
My visits usually comprise of the following. An annual battery change, replacing the gasket and cleaning the watch and strap replacements or adjustments. I have a passion for good, thin watches of which I have 4.
I entrust Ronnie to handle them with the care I expect. The batteries come with a 1 year warranty but I have not taken any one watch back earlier than 1 year. When Ronnie says 1 year, he means it.
I am lucky to have this store near Sugar Land. I don’t like the mall kiosks or jewelers.

I used to just get my watch fixed from jewelry kiosks in the mall but a friend recommended I try out this place and I am nothing short of amazed at how great and helpful the folks at On Time are. They are a small shop located on Murphy and offer a variety of jewelry and souvenir items — perfect for those times you’re looking for a bit of nostalgia to add to your collection. They sell a couple of clocks and fix both watches and clocks you would hang on your walls.
I brought in two watches, one needing a link replaced and the other a strap and battery replaced. The strap I had brought was slightly too big for the particular watch I had and instead of the employee forcefully fitting it, he was helpful in explaining to me just what may go wrong if he tries to fix it and suggest I contact the watch maker to get the best service possible. Also, the link that he replaced on the other watch was done for free; something that could easily go for $ 5 at a kiosk in the mall.
Any questions I had were answered honestly and I will definitely be bringing all my watches to On Time from now on. Also, a little note, if you pay in cash, you do not have to pay any taxes on your repair so bring cash if you can!
