Brisket nachos well worth the price tag. Good flavorful Brisket, fresh ingredients, and plentiful toppings. Service OK. Nachos took longer than expected given we were almost the only ones there at the time, but not painfully long. Good texmex atmosphere and open windows, provided you’re OK with the pop radio selection.

The service and food was a surprise! We sat by the window to avoid the incredible noise, but ended up suffering from a very chilly evening with ac on my back. Was impressed with the food and service, waiters were professional, friendly and delivered quickly. Our chipolte wings crispy, well done and sauce like heavy molasses, stick to your fingers good. Highly recommend the nachos with brisket, an d the mussels with chorizo. For a busy restaurant on a Friday nite in Stamford, I was waiting for the worst, and this was a feeding frenzy for us and a very pleasant evening.

Really fun place! I recommend the fajitas and the guacamole. My boyfriend got the pulled pork quesadilla which was also great. We’ll definitely be back!

Love cantina. This is my fourth time here, and the happy hour margaritas(even on Fridays!!!) never disappoint. Love the guacamole and the fish tacos. If I ever have visitors in Stamford, this is my first stop.

Great tacos, margs and staff. Especially recommend the brisket and chorizo tacos! Taco Tuesday is a great deal plus they have many specials other nights.

Had a great meal here. The wings were great, as was the guac. I also ordered just a plain chicken and cheese quesadilla, which was off-menu, and very good. Our server was fantastic, handling everything just perfectly.

Great happy hour! The ladies night deal will keep my coming back, the margaritas are delicious. Sangria is awesome too! Food is great as well. Enchiladas and quesadillas all day.

I’ve only order delivery from this place and they never disappoint. The food is fresh and tastes great! I wish they would offer the tacos in a traditional corn tortilla but overall great Mexican spot with a twist!

I am usually very pleased when I dine at Cantina, but this past weekend changed that. It was pretty dead in the place on Friday night, and our waiter was completely inattentive. Two margaritas should not take over ten minutes to receive after ordering. The second time, they were delivered in beer glasses with no salt. The waiter did not come over once to see how everything was. The food tasted good as usual, but the service was just terrible. Also, the music was so loud that I couldn’t even hear the person sitting directly next to me speak. Very disappointed and will not be visiting again…

Food is good… But that’s where it stops. We ordered 7 margaritas and they all tasted like water… After we waited 20 min. We asked for them to be remade but the waitress said«the bartender measured the pour» the next one we got was an actual margarita and tasted decent. I won’t be coming back here. Paid full price for water. Awful.

Great place for brunch or after work drinks with friends. Very fun, young vibe. Weekend brunch bottomless drinks are great. Very good service.

Stopped here on our way to Rhode Island. Not many reviews, but we decided to give it a try. Nice atmosphere and not busy at all. Our salsa and chips were fresh and tasty. My mango mojito was excellent. I tried the ceviche, which was perfectly tangy just the way I like it. My husband loved his fajitas and after not finding decent tasting coke in NYC my husband indulged with four! The tortilla soup was okay, although not my favorite. Friendly staff was a definite plus.

I have just voted this restaurant to be my favorite Mexican restaurant ever. The drinks are pretty strong just the way I like them, the staff are very welcoming and I was immediately greatest and lead to a table. I had the fish tacos during this trip and I must say they are too die for. For a Saturday night this is the place to be.

I was a big fan of Lolas. I love the new look, name change and the food and drinks as always were delicious. The service was not that great, but I will definitely be going back.

Cantina’s brunch is well priced(between 12 and 18 for large portions) and flavorful(huevos rancheros came with three eggs and a perfectly cooked tostada). They have a DJ for sunday brunch! He played a great mix of current hits, r&b, atmospheric, and rap. And every weeknight they have a special(Thursday’s are 2 for 1 ladies night, heyyyy). Service has been great all 4 times I’ve come here; lunch, brunch(15 $ unlimited mimosas AND sangrias for two hours w/a brunch order) and dinner. The place is clean and the sangrias are strong. Highly recommend.

I will definitely go back to Cantina, whether it be for dinner or just drinks at the bar. The food was very tasty and my waitress was great. I went on a Saturday night for dinner so there was a DJ playing some fun throwbacks. After some guacamole and tacos I was stuffed! So delicious and I fun atmosphere.

A cosy Mexiacan place with colorful chairs and a most interesting list of tequila drinks. I can’t comment on the food because we came here only for drinks. This place has one of the longest and most intriguing list of tequila based drinks I’ve ever seen. They have different kinds of tequila shots infused with different flavors like smoky jalapeño, vanilla, etc. along with a number of tequila based cocktails. I was however in the mood for something light and sweet, and went for a mojito at a tequila bar… what a pity. The drink didn’t disappoint though. It was a mango mojito, a tad too sweet, but delightful nonetheless. My husband asked for an old fashioned though it wasn’t on the menu. They did make it for him, but didn’t do too great a job on it. Guess you should just stick to what’s on their menu.
