I Love carters for their deals and adorable clothes for my little one. I do not love them for their sales people. Now the Stamford location is a rather small store and there were 6 people in line w a lot of things in their hands, they have 3 registers and only two were being used. The 3rd one was one girl just talking… It was so annoying because the store is so small and 6 people just standing there takes a lot of space.

Customer service at this place is terrible. The cashiers and salespeople are brainless robots who will inappropriately press you for your email address and phone number even after you politely refuse to give this information. They also run the store like it is a dollar store in the ghetto — clothes strewn everywhere, shouting at customers to «get over here in this line» and carrying on side conversations about their personal business.
