They don’t pick up their phones. I had to call twice to get someone on the phone named mikell(?) and she was very rude. I asked her if I was able to get the balance on my gift card and she said no they don’t do that. I simply called another store and they gave it to me without a problem. I called back to speak to a manager to let them know next time to not be lazy. I got the same mikell and she said she was a manager, still being very rude, and she said it was protocol for the stores not to give out the balances because of security reasons. I understand, however this«store manager» was very rude. I work in customer service and no one ever should get spoken to the way she handled the call. Forever 21 needs to chose better when making the decision to make someone a store manager!

The WORST customer service! I walked around the entire store looking for someone to help me find an item. No sales associate in site! You will find them in a corner of the store gossiping and not caring. Its always a complete mess! Nothing is in size order! I always try to give them a chance but i can honestly say i rather drive up to the store in Trumbull to find something. Absolutely awful. I rather save my money then shop here.

This store has EVERYTHING, it is so big and even carries activewear and plus sizes. So if you’re not from the area and thinking about heading to the Stamford Town Center to shop, definitely stop by this Forever 21. I have to say, however, that some of their staff are so depressed looking and a little rude. There was this really short sales associate with short hair that was in the fitting room and never said more than 3 words to me even after I said hi, how are you, or thanks, have a good day. I know that one does not make a lot of money in retail, I work in retail myself, but I’m always polite to people that are polite to me. Some employees were very helpful and attentive so I am not speaking for everyone who works there.

I love Forever 21, in fact I get the majority of my wardrobe there since every thing is always so trendy and cheap. I have been going to these stores for over 10 years now and I just have to say the one in the Stamford Mall has the absolute worst customer service! When standing in line you will learn all about the many employees personal lives, who is dating who and what drama they have going on while only 2 out of the 8 people working there are actually helping customers to check out. I have actually been shooed away by a manager there who refused to answer a simple question on an item I wanted to buy; I left without buying anything in that store. All I hear is complaints from the staff about work and wanting to switch their shifts and what-not, surely they have a back room where it is more appropriate to discuss these things?! I think I’ll be taking my business to another store that is just as close to my house.

Forever 21 in the Stamford mall is a great store! Forever 21’s in general sell trendy clothes for cheap. Their stuff is usually a lot more trendy and of-the-moment than stores like H&M, and they usually have just a few of each item, so if you like something and it’s your size, don’t hesitate to buy or it’ll be GONE! This location in general is pretty good. It’s big, and they have a lot of styles of offer. Usually the store looks pretty clean and tidy, but occasionally clothes are messy and things aren’t where they belong. I know it must be hard to keep things organized in a store like this, but there are enough people working the floor to keep things tidy, so there’s really no excuse.
