Patricia Rattray has been a full-​time real estate professional serving Stamford and Fairfield County for over 14 years. She grew up in Stamford, CT and attended both the Catholic and Public Schools. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from Brown University and completed her graduate work at NYU. Patricia has also completed advanced real estate financial analysis coursework through CCIM. Known as the go-​to person for information about Fairfield County and the factors that impact property values, Patricia has been asked to share educational information at local corporations and libraries. She offers her clients reliable customer service, a solid grasp of economic data, advanced negotiation skills and the most effective marketing and sales strategies.
