Since my first review, I ended up using Proctor again for replacing the roof on another rental property. Why would I use them again after such a horrible experience the first time? Because there are no better options, I was quoted $ 18,000 and $ 28,000 for a new roof from other contractors, Proctor did it for $ 9,750.
It was difficult to nail down a date, as they consistently over-​book and get behind, so they didn’t actually do the work until 3 – 4 weeks after when they originally said they would do it. However I kept on them via email (that seems to be the best way to contact them), and eventually they did it.
They seem to have done a good job (time will tell), so I’m updating my review to 3 stars.
