Accurate Accounting & Tax Services, Inc. was founded by Prakash M. Katara, CPA, who is a former IRS Agent of 15 Years and a former Revenue Officer of 3 Years. The company has been serving various type of businesses, such as dental offices, retail stores, motels, entertainment industry, home health care and adult home care centers, IT professionals, doctors, medical offices, Truck drivers, Insurance agents and several other industries. Although, We serve Los Angeles, Orange and San Bernardino counties, our clients extend in 35 different States. We have been consulted for audit representation in several other States.

Prakash Katara, CPA and EA, is a Former IRS agent of 15 Years. He also worked in IRS Collection for 3 Years. He started working as the President of this firm in 2006. He specializes in IRS Audit representation and Tax Planning. He has successfully represented the clients in several states. He also specializes in Workers Comp audit, Sales Tax Audit and Transit Tax audits for hotels and motels.
