Golden Touch Auto Body & Towing

So i had one of those days my truck broke down so i needed to get it towed. I contacted goldentouch they sent Johnathan he loaded my heavy truck onto his flatbed with no problem he was verry curtious and professional he even helped push it into the spot where it needed to go outstanding i will definitely recommend goldentouch to anyone who needs a tow and will use them again in the future

This is going to be a two part review. They are currently working on my car, so once I get it back I will update this review. I don’t normally post reviews but the level of service I’ve received thus far deserves praise and a review.
Part 1: Towing
I got into an incident which rendered my car inoperable and I had to get it towed. Jeremiah came in a flat bed to pick the car up. Looking at the damage, he said that to put it on the flat bed was going to cause more damage and there’s nothing we could do to help it. However, my friend and I explained the damages and he was willing to explore every option available to cause the least amount of damage. In the end, Jeremiah was able to get the car in the flatbed without any further damages whatsoever. Being a car enthusiast and a member of a car club, definitely would want Jeremiah and Golden Touch to be towing my car.
Part 2: Repairs
This is still currently being processed so I don’t have much to say other than the staff has so far been quite nice and courteous. They’ve answered all my questions so far, and have given me telephone updates (that’s definitely reassuring to me). This is a family run business but the facility seems well maintained and well equipped. I definitely look forward to their finished work.

Here’s the scene: lost key; front wheels locked in a turned position; and it’s a Benz, which means that the key is like an electronic fingerprint, and if you lose it, you’re out of luck. Three people freaking out about how to get the car home.
I called AAA, and Golden Touch was dispatched; driver was Gabe. I explained the situation; he was confident he could do this, and he was all set to jimmy the door open, but at the last minute, I was afraid that the alarm would sound and never stop — we’re in an office complex parking lot with lots of people who don’t need to be disturbed. So I stopped him, thanked him for his time, and said that we’ll just have to find another way. He said okay and then left.
Next day: we still couldn’t find another way to get the car tow-​ready. So again, with great shame, I called AAA, and Golden Touch was dispatched in a few minutes, just like yesterday; and it was Gabe the Driver again, still looking confident that he could do this.
So we let him do his thing.
The alarm wasn’t so bad actually; it turned off after thirty seconds or so, and Gabe brought that car to the home perfectly. He didn’t even have to unlock the front wheels, plus he had to back the car into a very tight spot, and it went in like butter. He knew exactly what he was doing, and the three of us who were previously freaking out were all smiles afterwards.

I know that online reviews matter greatly, especially to businesses; and not enough satisfied customers write good reviews, so this is my contribution. You helped us big time, and I hope that our very happy message can be of some help to you all. Take good care!

Thank you to the sweetest tow truck driver ever… made my crappy day better. my car overheated 3 miles feom my house and Jeremiah tried to do everything he could to get me on my way without having to use one of my aaa tows to get my car home. AAA said they would be there at 451 right away Rosealind called me to tell me that beacause my car should be towed on a flat bed it would be a few extra minutes but they were there before they said they would be. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a tow…

Someone hit my car and wanted to pay out of pocket (no insurance). That person didn’t speak English. I don’t speak Spanish but Eddie from Golden Touch called the person that hit my car. Eddie spoke to him in Spanish got the credit card info and did all the work for me. Eddie gave me a fair price compared to 3 other places I had estimates from. I think he was about $ 50 higher than the lowest but I didn’t trust the other place. Several hundred less than the highest quote. When I was waiting at the shop they had food for the employees they all invited me back to have some. They offered me a ride home and when the car was done it was as good as new.
Great body work, and great customer service couldn’t ask for more!

Bijan and Nana were so incredibly kind to me, I had no way to get there, had a terrible day, they went out of their way, came and got me where I’d been stranded and on top of everything else, the truck was beautifully done. THANK YOU!!! I highly recommend this family business to anyone!!! Such NICE people.

Wow I sure wish that I could give them zero stars. I had a terrible experience with these people and it wasn’t even where my car was supposed to be!
So I get in a car accident and the tow truck driver from their company arrives (really through AAA), and hooks up my car and everything then starts to drive away and scrapes my back end all along the ground, I should have known at that point this was a bad sign. Then I tell the driver where to take my car, but he just decides to take it over to his shop instead of the geico body shop pacific elite, and leave it there. So I call pacific elite the next day and asked about my car since I hadn’t heard anything from them, and come to find out my car never made it! So now I’m a bit worried because I never got a call telling me where my car is, so I call AAA and they got ahold of the driver and find out he took it to this «golden touch» place. HA! And I want to get my car the heck out of there and to the right shop! Which is literally one block away on the same street! And they refuse to release my car to me because the papers I had on me were from last years registration not this ones, even though I have my proof of insurance on the car for the next six months! I mean really? Who pays insurance on a car that isn’t theirs! Wow! So I am sent on a wild goose hunt trying to find my papers still no luck, I call back and finally get to a manager who was also no help. And I end up having to go pay 20 $ to get a copy of my registration for this year. And now they won’t give me my car saying that my AAA membership is expired! Oh wow at this point it was annoying because my card is not expired and I just got my registration from there! And they said AAA didn’t pay them and this and that. So I have to go back to AAA and get proof that they paid them, but by this time they want me to pay an extra 375 $ for holding my car. And won’t release it until tomorrow since they were closed by the time I got it all figured out! Started this all at 11, ended at 6. Wow what a hassle! Everyone was super rude and didn’t care about hey! Maybe I need my car to drive my kids to school and myself to work! Have some respect! So hopefully all goes well because tomorrow I will be writing another post if they cause any more problems! STAY AWAY FROM GOLDEN TOUCH!!!

Golden Touch was dispatched through AAA and it didn’t take too long for him to arrive. Noël introduced himself and went right to helping us with a flat tire. He gave such great customer service and not only that, he recommended for us to get all 4 new tires because he noticed that they were not in good condition. That was very kind and thoughtful of him to do and it just goes to show that he’s doing an amazing job!

Horrible services especially from George. Boyfriend was injured due to the traumatic car crash he was in. My boyfriend didn’t have the strength to get a heavy spare tire he had in his trunk. George just watched him struggle and refused to help. He spent his time texting instead. So then I had to crawl in and yank out the tire since the trunk didn’t open :/

Golden Touch was dispatched to me via AAA for a service. I had a flat tire on my way to work so that really started my day off badly.
Noël arrived a few minutes before expected. He changed my tire and made recommendations on replacement of tires and rotation.

Contracted thru AAA. Waited about 45 mins, but apologized for the long wait time. Evan came out and was having a hard time getting lug nuts off of car. Was going to call tow-​truck, but tried something different and was able to take care of it. overall experience was good!

I was so stressed out because I was rear ended and I had to deal with the other parties insurance and there referrals. It didn’t make my situation any better when I went to their first two referrals and they were completely unprofessional. On top of that they we’re going to put my car back together in one day. I found that unacceptable to fix a damaged rear bumper, I trailer hitch and disconnected wires and a paint job all in one day, but I digress. Golden Touch saved me from so much stress. It is a family owned business and you can tell by their customer service that they are top of the line service! They went above and beyond to take my car in on the one day that I had time to drop it off. They went above and beyond with their customer service and my car looks like it never was touched. They kept me updated and even gave me a promise date for my car to be finished. My mom had just passed away and this was her car so when it was damaged it really hit a soft spot and Golden Touch understood that my car has sentimental value so Bj and his family made sure that they did everything possible to make it right and them some!. I am so happy with their service and I would go back again and again. Well done Golden Touch!

After visiting this shop I will not go to any other shop is the best job ever I would always bring my family and friends here for repairs, best customer service I have had in a service company and I will recommend it to anyone who wants good value at a cheap price!

The work was finished on our car yesterday and they did a wonderful job. Again, these people were great! They new I was on a budget and did not have insurance on this car. They used used parts and sent some of them back because they were just not good enough! Is that wonderful!!! I think so. My car looked better when I picked it up then before the accident!!! These guys are great, all of them! Thank you Roger, you are a gentlemen. I don’t know what is wrong with the sad sacks that left the other reviews. I was treated beautifully. They are approved by the AAA and Wawanesa insurance, just so you know!

Initially, I had my concerns about the quality of work and service, upon reading the reviews of others. However, I found the entire staff to be extremely attentive and literally would go the extra mile. For example, my vehicle was brought to their shop as they were closing and although it was not part of their service, one of their employees (Roger), at no charge gave me a ride home in his personal vehicle. This saved me from having to pay for a cab. Further, a couple days later, the owner (Mehdi) gave me a personal tour of the entire facility and explained the process for my vehicle repair. The General Manager (Nena) also took the time to contact me and explain any issues that may have arisen and assured me that they guarantee their workmanship. As my vehicle was being repaired, the staff, including Mehdi would routinely call me to provide any updates on my vehicle. After a reasonable amount of time, my vehicle repair was completed to my satisfaction. The quality of work was clearly 5 stars and their service trustworthy.
I should also mention that «Golden Touch» contracts tow service for the local law enforcement which may explain the existence of some of the adversarial patrons.

I went there for my honda accord to get painted after a car accident they painted it good

We are out of town guests that arrived from Phoenix. As soon as we pulled into the hotel parking lot, our car died. After driving thru LA traffic on a Friday night, my husband was none to pleased. We called Triple A the next morning and they sent out Golden Touch and they were awesome! They took only about 10 minutes to get to the hotel, diagnosed that it was our battery. They jump started it and off we went to their shop. I think it took about an hour total and time was precious when you are headed to Disneyland! Thanks again!

I had my car towed and repaired by Golden Touch and had absolutely no problems with them.
The tow driver was friendly and courteous. At the shop, they gave me a workable estimate and I got my car back within a reasonable time. I would recommend them for towing or body work. I had a great experience with them.

These are awful, careless people. I JUST had my front bumper painted by another shop and had a friend help me install it. I couldn’t drive it home from his house so I called AAA to have it towed home. Well the driver cracked my FRESHLY painted front bumper pulling it up on the truck. He admitted to it, called his boss, and told me to give his boss a call in the am and he would take care of it. Spoke with his boss and he told me to bring it in and they would repair it as they own a paint and body shop.
I live about 40 miles from their shop, so instead of not having my car while they repaired it, or hassling with them over paying for rental car, I did the nice thing and helped THEM out by removing my bumper, puttin an old broken «grill-​less» bumper on my car and dropping the one they cracked off for repair. Keep in mind that this bumper was freshly painted with no blemishes other than the crack caused by their driver.
2 weeks later, I have a buddy who lives near by go pick it up for me and he is told «Wasn’t that already picked up»? «No, ok we have to find it»…smh. 2 days later I go and get the same story. So they find it and wrapped in plastic per my request so it wouldn’t get damaged in transit, bring it out I put it in my car and leave I get to my friends house to install and it is in FAR worse condition than before. It is obvious that they did not sand or prep the cracked paint area before painting. The cracks in the paint are still visible, there are areas where running paint has dried, tremendously oversprayed ares, and to top it off nicks and scratches all over, areas where paint is actually scratched all the way off. I call the owner who tells me to «bring it in and we’ll buff it out». Buff it out? NO, you need to sand, prep, and paint the entire bumper.
I wouldn’t let them wash my windows let alone touch my car again, unfortunately for me due to their incompetence, carelessness, defensiveness, and lack of pride in their work, I have to pay out of my pocket to have my bumper repaired.
