Kathy is the best!!! My eyelashes always look amazing when I leave here I only trust her with them even if I have to drive 25 minutes she’s so worth it ! She always takes her time when doing my nails as well! Love her

Been coming to kats several times since my first review. my cousin and my 2 sisters loved the way she did my nails and now they come here too cx the most excited news for me is my nails have grown beautifully these are the longest I have had them and with the help of kat I’m able to have these now happy and gorgeous hands all thanks to her :))

Kat was lovely. She prides herself with making her clients happy! She treated me great offered a complementary drink (I had a latte). I honestly felt pampered and very happy. I’m glad I found this place and glad tellers had it right this time. I will definitely return, already scheduled my next appointment!

Hello… I have a long review.
This is picture of my hand, one day after Kathy did my manicure. Let me start at the beginning. I have never had a manicure before going to Kathy. I went in October to get a pedicure from her to treat myself for my birthday. She did a great job with my pedicure & she asked (no pressure) if I wanted to get a manicure. I told her no since my fingernails are short & didn’t think a manicure would be affective or purposeful for my short nail bitten fingernails. She told me men get manicures & she has done manicures on women with shorter nails than mine were. She informed me about gel nail polish which will strengthen my fingernails. She also cleaned up my cuticles 3 or 4 times. She is very thorough with her manicure process. Remember, I have never had a manicure, so I had a lot of dead skin around my fingernails. I should have taken a picture of my hand before my October manicure.
I have had 3 manicures from her now. Yesterday was the 3^rd. Now my fingernails are healthy & strong.
I went to get a pedicure initially… but ended up taking care of my hands instead.
Make an appointment with her. You won’t regret it. Now I don’t bite my fingernails & am getting compliments on my new nail color. Oh happy day.
Now I chew on gum not on my fingernails.

I am extremely impressed by Kathy and her work! Before I started seeing Kathy to have my nails done, I used to do them myself because I was very unhappy with the lack of detail and care that many nail technicians put into their work. The issue with doing my own nails, however, is that it’s extremely time consuming and when using normal polish I have to touch them up weekly and repaint them every two weeks. I finally decided that I wanted to try CND shellac due to its long wear and purported minimal damage, but since I couldn’t get the CND system and supplies for home use, I found Kathy through CND’s website, cross checked her with Unilocal,and gave her a call.
From my very first appointment Kathy has done an impeccable job on my nails. I always have French tips applied to my natural nails using shellac (also largely referred to as gel), and only have to come in once every four weeks! My polish never chips, and the shellac works as a protective layer, strengthening my nails, so my nails never chip anymore either! I used to be extremely weary of thought of applying gel to my nails due to fear of damage but after three applications of shellac over the past twelve weeks my nails have not shown any damage.
Not only is Kathy’s work extremely long lasting, but she is very sanitary, and is extremely knowledgable in the field. I managed to rip one of my nails between manicures and did not want to have to cut it off because then I would have to cut all of my nails to even out the length, so I texted Kathy for an appointment to have it repaired. Kathy explained to me very clearly that she was applying a mixture of acrylic just over the ripped portion of my nail, without filing the nail bed down. She stated that with her method, once the repaired portion of my nail grew back out, the rest of my nail would still look even and wouldn’t be burdened or damaged by what an application of full acrylic would do. Once Kathy repaired my nail she redid my polish and it hasn’t been an issue since (this was two weeks ago btw)! Oh, and you also can’t tell it was even patched up, her work is flawless!
Since I started seeing Kathy to have my nails polished I haven’t even contemplated doing them myself again. The shellac is amazingly long wearing with a beautiful everlasting shine and the care she puts into her work is what makes me so happy to come back each time. I absolutely love Kathy and I would recommend her to anyone. She really believes in maintaining the natural integrity and health of your nails. The last time I was there her previous customer was leaving and showed me the design on her nails, but I was more stricken by how beautiful the length and shape of her nails were! Before she started seeing Kathy she used to use acrylic nails but Kathy helped her transition away from them and her natural nails were gorgeous!
In addition to being a knowledgable, skillful, and attentive nail technician, Kathy is also very sweet and lovely to talk to. I always leave her salon feeling so happy, just seeing her always brightens my day. Another plus that I love about her is that she has an extensive list of complementary drinks and after my first appointment with her she gave me a card with her cellphone number so I can text her to make appointments which is so convenient!
In the end I definitely recommend Kathy! She’s absolutely amazing in all aspects of her work!

After 3 months of coming to a new nail place just doing my normal pink n White set, The second time I went there she said one day «I’m going to change you n make you like color n your natural nails I’m going to have your hands with no mere tips just your natural nails n you will love it» today as I’m ready for a new set she convince me to just let my nails grow n just put gel color n them, it’s a big change for me but I’m loving it! #pinknails

I went in for a eyebrow/​upper lip waxing, and came out with not only clean, well shaped eyebrows, but also the very best manicure, I have ever had.
Kati (owner/​operator) did an exceptional job of cleaning up my cuticles. She went over each hand twice (which is unusually in my experience with other nail salons) so to make sure the cuticles were exceptional clean, and I am very impressed!
She greeted me at the door, with a big smile and welcome. Before she began the manicure, I was offered a menu with a list of free beverages to choose from. Everything from Water to Mimosa (yes, I said Mimosa).
Her salon is located in a large residential complex. The building where the salon is located, is the bottom floor of her home. Zoned for business. What a great idea.
I plan on becoming a regular customer.
I lift my hat to Unilocal once again… another Happy Customer!

Kathy is the best nail artist I’ve ever been too. I’ve been coming to her for 6 years. I’ve tried other shops closer to my house but I’m never satisfied. She takes the time to do excellent work, never rushed or sloppy. My gels last 3 to 4 weeks sometimes. 2 years ago I stubbed my toe during a tough mudder and I was going to lose my nail. She insisted I let her fix it. I was very reluctant because I thought it would be painful. She gently cut it down and cleaned it out and saved my toenail. I recommend her highly to all my friends.

My experience here is amazing! I show her any pictures of how I wanted my nails to look like and she makes it even better. She is very sweet, attentive, and takes her time to make everything perfect. I’m very grateful for the 5 stars customer service and the cleanliness of the salon. You can’t go wrong here!

I love coming here to see Kathy! She is awesome. Lots of colors to choose from. Very flexible when it comes to scheduling. She makes it a true spa experience. There is no rush to get you in and out. She takes her time to make everything perfection! I will keep coming to see kathy and tell everyone about Kat’s nails!

Kathy and Kim are wonderful! They didn’t rush my mani/​pedi and did a perfect job. Very hospitable and relaxing place!

I followed Kathy from another nail salon to her new one that she now owns. I am very picky about my nails. Kathy’s attention to detail and care have my gel manicures lasting 3 weeks easily. She is so personable and pleasant that going to have my nails done in this brand new, clean, quiet and airy salon is a welcome break to my busy life.

If I could rate this place 10 stars I would. I have never felt rushed I always feel so pampered and relaxed. I am always beyond satisfied with Kathy’s work. She is amazing! I have always been a nail biter my cuticles were horrid and my nails never grew. I am proud to say my cuticles and nails are the best they have ever been and I plan to go to Kathy forever. Amazing service! Kathy is so personable, professional, and impeccable quality of service! Not to mention complimentary beverage service! All the services she performs are of the highest quality and she uses sterile instruments with every client! She’s flexible and works with your schedule! You’ve got to try this place!
