Coolata machine «Down» again! This place is 2 miles form my house and a convenient stop, but the frozen drink machine being «down», A.K.A. inoperable is getting beyond annoying. I fuel up at this location at least once/​week and the DD used to be the highlight of my gas station stop, however starting about 1 yr ago, the Coolata machine has been out of service with a far more than acceptable frequency. (50−70% of the time). I don’t drink coffee, so there is really no other alternative or beverage that they serve that I enjoy. Today was my last foray into DD disappointment. I’ve decided to quit wasting my time even walking inside and just fuel my vehicle and leave

My last few trips to this location have been disappointing. No friendliness or thank you… but not sure that I would understand them anyway. On my last trip I was charged too much and don’t realize it until after I left the drive thru. No reason to go back. Brew your own DD coffee and buy a frozen sandwich and nuke it… It will be better.

5÷31÷15: the employees today were so rude! My entire order was wrong: donuts, coffee sizes, etc. It was like I asked for the guys severed arm when I asked for a straw for my iced coffee, since he didn’t hand me one in the first place.
I’d asked at the window before ordering if I could use my DD perks on my phone & was told I could, so I ordered things that the DD perks would have given me for free. When I pull around to the payment window, he wouldn’t take my phone to scan so I had to pay full price for everything.
I used to think the drive-​thru aspect of the place was awesome, but I won’t be using that ever DD again.

God I hate this dd. Two people working both a window and a front? It’s impossible. If you can, check out another coffee place before the game.

Does anyone know the deal w/​this place? It used to be fine, sometimes a little slow for DD, but friendly service. Now the drive through is never open for some reason and the hours are spotty at best. This manager needs a kick in the pants. Sitting on a goldmine & wasting it.

This Dunkin Donuts location is inside the Exxon at W College and Whitehall Road. The folks here are fast and the donuts and muffins are solid. If you need to grab something quick for breakfast or need to reward the office with breakfast it’s a good and fast place to go.
