If you are new to, or not knowledgeable about vaping, don’t go to this store! I walked in today totally wanting to buy something, but I left without spending a dime due to this piss-poor customer service I received. When I walked in, there were no other customers except one girl who was talking to the two guys(one behind the counter, the other just sitting there vaping). I actually heard her say something to the effect of «I just came in here to talk to you… and there are no customers…» She left after about 2 minutes, at which point I was finally acknowledged by the guy behind the counter. The whole time I was asking him questions and/or trying to sample some liquids, he was seemed very disinterested in me, even stopping once to pay for some food he must have ordered. Then a 3rd guy guy came in(who obviously worked there since he went in the back before he came out to sit with the other guy who was vaping). Then the guy behind the counter was even less interested in me. He walked away from me several times to talk to the who were guys sitting at the counter. Those 2 never once seemed to consider that there was an actual customer in the store. So, I didn’t mind that he walked away to pay for his food, but he didn’t even bother to excuse himself. I wonder if they treat all of their customers this way? Maybe it was just me since I am an amature to vaping, or maybe it’s because I am not a «one of the guys» or 20-something little girl with a tight shirt on?! I will never go back to this store and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I went in one day to buy one really nice tank for my vape. The guys were nice and helpful and helped me pick out a good tank, one that one of the employees used regularly and loved. I bought the tank for $ 40. I really liked the tank and all of its features, but after a couple of weeks it started leaking uncontrollably. I replaced the coil, assuming that was the issue, but the tank kept leaking. I went into the store to see if they could figure it out. They replaced the coil again for me for free and told me to come back with the parts that came with the tank if I still had issues. The tank did keep leaking, so I went back in with the replacement bands which they put on for me, and told me again to come back if it kept leaking. It was still leaking, and by this point I had wasted an entire bottle of juice trying to get it to work properly. Finally I went back in and asked if I could just give back the tank, which was clearly defective, and have a new one. They agreed to that, but the tank that I had purchased was out of stock. So they gave me one that they told me was of similar quality and sent me on my way. I appreciated this and thought it was a good business move on their part. The new tank has been working fine, but it’s not as good as the one I had originally bought. It doesn’t have all the same features and the quality of the material it’s made of isn’t as good. When I went online recently to buy some replacement coils, I had to look up what kind to get, which lead me to stumble upon the fact that the tank itself only costs $ 12.50 online. I don’t know how much they charge for it in the store, but I’m sure it isn’t anywhere near what I paid for the original tank. I understand that the original tank was out of stock when I asked for it to be replaced, but they HAD to know that they weren’t giving me one that was as good as the first one that I paid $ 40 for, and they lead me to believe that it was the same quality. So, hence the mixed feelings. They DID replace the defective tank, but I feel like they could have done that sooner, before I wasted all of my ejuice, and I do feel that I was misled and kind of jipped by the tank they ended up giving me. That said, I was out of town during the weekdays while this was going on and could only come in once a week on Saturdays, and maybe things would have gone down a little differently if I could have come in when the manager was in the store. Overall though it’s a nice store with nice staff and a good vibe, but I probably won’t shop there anymore, because getting the cheap replacement tank left me pretty disappointed.

Shop is as good as they come. I went in with a box of cartos seeing if they had any setup they could provide to work with it. After tinkering with some other battery, they found me a battery that was exactly what I wanted: Light-weight, cheap, able to be charged by usb, and decent vape. Guy even threw in a tank and a tip for the purchase. I expected a pretty janky shop but the place was nice and well lit, and is def of comparable quality to the shops ive come across in cali.
