Avoid this business! If you like good customer service this is not the place for you! If you think customers should come first go somewhere else. If you want to talk to someone to book an appointment find another place. I guess they forget some elderly do not have a cellphone or the Internet.

Booked a 1.5 hour massage-was only actually 1 hour 10 minutes. Not a relaxing«spa» experience. the sheets were dirty. Room bright and smelled unusual. Overall run-down appearance. Masseuse was unprofessionally dressed, had her phone ON the massage table, and was chewing gum loudly. Massage was very light pressure even after requests for more intensity. Overall bad experience. Would not recommend.

Avoid this place!!! I got a gift certificate for Mother’s Day and didn’t notice the 6 month expiration date. When I called to ask if they would still honor it, I was told that to use it they charge $ 25 a month for each month past the expiration date. Are you kidding me? What a scam!!!

I was disappointed with my facial. It was supposed to be 45 minutes but only lasted 30 — 10 of which I was sitting in the room by myself waiting for the mask to dry. And the facial didn’t include much — wash your face, exfoliate, put on a mask, and lotion. That’s exactly what I do at home so not sure why I would pay $ 65 for it. I get facials frequently and they almost always use a steamer to open your pores before the mask and/or do blackhead extractions — which takes more time and less money. Definitely not value for the $$. Plus, I feel like I got the hard sell on products I didn’t even want to buy — which did not lead to a relaxing experience.

I made a reservation online which was very easy and wildly convenient! I had Eric as my therapist and he was wonderful. It fell short 5 stars for a few reasons; the room was awfully cold and the massage table was not heated, it was the vinyl kind, not the soft fabric kind, secondly, I had booked an hour and a half, but was only provided service for about an hour and ten minutes as I was back in my car 15 minutes before the appointment was supposed to have finished. I had taken advantage of their First timers introductory special, hour and a half for $ 74. I will definitely be back, but I will have to remind them what I’m paying for. I did feel like jell-o when I left which is always a great sign!

Visited this spa with two other friends for a «spa party.» The room and services were very relaxing, the therapists professional(some are licensed chiropractors), and I left feeling refreshed and calm. My one comment about the party is that it isn’t really a party… we were all separated and had we bothered to bring wine to uncork(there’s a fee associated) we wouldn’t have really had the time or space to enjoy it together. The atmosphere was welcoming, but all business when it came to the schedule, and the space that’s divided into several individual treatment rooms didn’t really lend itself to the group experience. I would definitely consider going back on my own though! Note: Spa is also a bit hard to find… it’s in an office building that sits on a hill up from Easterly Parkway, right across from the school. There’s no street-level signage, so it’s easy to miss.
