A-Class Limousine

wish I could give 0 stars. I am going to get right to the point:
1. Limo driver shows up to pick up guys, demands payment right away, Limo is not stocked (no ice, no champagne, soda, etc). «Oh this is not your limo, another limo will be taking you to the venue, I am just taking you to the church»
2. Brides House: wedding at church starts at 3pm. It is 20 min away. It is 2:50, limo still not here. Called vendor, «will be there shortly, he hit traffic»
3. Brides House: 3:20pm. Limo STILL not here. Call vendor to determine limo’s exact location and ETA, limo driver calls us back on his cell phone he is 20 MINUTES AWAY!!!
4. Bridesmaids, mother of the bride, and BRIDE get into two of our own cars and we DRIVE OURSELVES TO THE CHURCH– we got there at 3:40pm– 40 MINUTES LATE.
5. Church finished, we realize that we cannot go to snug harbor for photos– no time. Mind you– the bride paid $ 300 for a permit to take pics there– WASTE.
6. We get on limo. 1. NO AIR CONDITIONING (it was 80+ degrees out!) 2. No champagne. 3. No ice 4. bus was dirty 5. bus was so poorly maintained– the ride was like a ride on a dirt road in a 3^rd world country. We couldn’t even sip a drink without spilling it. It was so bumpy it was the WORST LIMO RIDE EVER. We were all holding on for dear life and he was only going 20mph. This is the crappy limo bus this company sends to a couple on their wedding day after NOT EVEN DRIVING THE BRIDE TO THE CHURCH.
7. NUFF SAID.

Horrible Customer service! The owner apparently doesn’t like getting business because I told him I found a place with a better offer and he said «well if you’re not booking with me I’m not gonna work with you on the price»…ummm if you are willing to work with me on the price then maybe I’d book with you!

My wife and I booked them for our wedding. When we had our initial meeting. We were told that a) they do not outsource their limos contracts and b) the limos included complimentary liquor. When put wedding day arrived both those promises were broken. When I called up to complain I was told the owner wasn’t there and would call back. I never got a call back. Also, our rolls Royce had a broken air conditioning which made or June afternoon drive pretty hot for my bride and I. Also, the driver of the rolls was rather opinionated — while my bride was standing in the back of the church the driver repeatedly criticized and talked negatively about the church, which my bride felt was rather inappropriate. We do not recommend this company.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. No air conditioning on two out of three buses, not well kept vehicles and odors on buses. Not a good experience at all having to drive an hour and forty minutes in +85 degree weather with no Airconditioning in tuxedo and bridal party dresses. Had to drive with the bus doors open with kids on the bus. Not an ideal situation. Wouldn’t recommend an enemy to use this limo company. Owner said he couldn’t do anything for us and left it like that…

My daughter had her Sweet 16 and we decided to hire a Limousine Service. After carefully contacting and vetting several local companies, we decided to go with «A– CLASS LIMOUSINE SERVICE» NOW LOCATED AT: 2206 Hylan Blvd
Staten Island, NY 10 306 (HURRICANE SANDY VICTIM).
The Driver ‚“JOE” showed up 15 minutes EARLY and was neatly dressed, professional and courteous. My daughter and her friends had plans to see a BROADWAY PLAY, HAVE DINNER AND HIT A DESERT PLACE ALL IN NYC. As we were making great time (NO TRAFFIC), we decided to make a off schedule stop to take beautiful photographs near the Brooklyn Bridge. Joe (Limo Driver) was extremely pleasant with this request and began to make his way to a BEAUTIFUL SCENIC SPOT that he knew. He took us through some side streets as he was very familiar with his way around which again saved us time so that we could take photos and still make it to the play early. I must say, I read some of the comments below which did make me weary… After talking to then over the phone I was confident that they would be suitable. WE had such a GREAT experience from beginning to end, totally opposite than those that commented. The price was fair, the service was SAFE, and they had no problem taking alternate routes to avoid unnecessary tolls. I am simply a customer and have ZERO ties to this company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and if your lucky enough to have «JOE» as the limo driver, you will no doubt have an awesome experience, STRESS FREE!

I didn’t book with this company because they were outside of my budget, but their response to my initial request for information was unbelievably inappropriate and unprofessional. Instead of kindly saying ‘unfortunately we cannot work with your budget, best of luck’ I got a snarky remark saying «If you do find a company I hope they don’t send you a 1998 Lincoln Limo and a School Bus.» Do not book with them if you want a professional organization w/​o unnecessary attitude!

I was really happy meeting with the company and looking at the vehicles. At that time, we were provided with a quote that we would think over and get back to them with. After a few weeks, I called them back to confirm — and their price drastically went up. Not only that, but the deposit that was requested was MORE than what we spoke about in person. On top of all that, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude, unprofessional and not interested in gaining my business at all. When I asked to speak to someone else about this issue, he tells me there is no one else and he is the boss. I asked him if he owned the company? He then said he is the manager and «it is what it is». Really? No thanks — I will take my business to another place on this island that will appreciate and VALUE my business for my upcoming wedding. For a service-​based & word-​of-​mouth industry, these guys really need to get it together — or at least have someone else working their location!

When I booked * I was told there would be alcohol bottles, water bottles, soda… I didnt see any of that * I did see three bogus bottles filled with what was supposed to be alcohol. I was also told all gratuities included * BUT when driver explained the bill and balance paid * he went through this whole story that the so called gratuities included *he doesn’t really get* Didn’t like that * I paid for the service its up to the owner to tip the driver from my money.
