All Platinum Pest Control

i called Platinum because i have had ants in my house since i moved in 3 years ago. we sprayed we used all the different types of chemicals in the store, nothing worked. Whenever it rains I have ants… everywhere… its disgusting. The exterminator, Joe T came, sprayed and used some stuff outside, haven’t seen an ant since. He was very nice very helpful and very knowledgable. I am so grateful to him and Platinum for relieving me of my ant problem! would definitely recommend them and use them again!

I highly recommend All platinum pest control if you have a pest problem. We had a mouse problem, where not only were mice running into my kitchen, living room and bedroom, but they were also in the walls and ceilings. However, I have two children under the age of two years old, as well as, a small dog, and was concerned about the use of chemicals. Joe came to my home and was so careful in the methods he used to exterminate. He made sure my children would not be exposed to anything hazardous. My mouse problem was fixed shortly there after and i was able to rest easy because my children and pet were safe. Joe was of great help and gave us a fair rate. Excellent job! I would use this company again in a heartbeat, especially if I am able to request the same worker for the job!

I heard squealing in my back yard when my dog was barking on Sunday evening. I tried to contact 311 but was unsuccessful. I then called All Platinum Pest Control because I was worried for my pet. They responded in a timely fashion and explained that we had a raccoon. I had pulled my dog away while the exterminator shined a light on the raccoon. The exterminator then captured the raccoon in a bucket. When I asked where he would bring the raccoon, he said «Westchester». I contacted the emergency vet to bring my dog for emergency testing. The vet stressed that the exterminator needed to get the raccoon tested for rabies. I contacted the exterminator and conferenced him in the call with the vet. He told me that I could pick up the raccoon because they never send animals for testing. If they are capturing animals, rodents, etc, where are they putting them after they are caught? The exterminator said it must have suffocated and died in the bucket that he used to capture it, so I could pick up the animal. I refused! The vet, along with myself made it a point to contact the DOH to make sure that the raccoon was tested. After numerous attempts and phone calls I was able to convince the exterminator to bring the raccoon for testing. I received the results yesterday and the raccoon did indeed have rabies! The exterminator charged me $ 675 for the service, which is outrageous!!! I spoke with the owner, William Lewis every day to make sure that the raccoon was tested! If I did not go through the trouble to force them to follow proper protocol, they probably would have dumped the raccoon anywhere! I think that they are outrageously priced and they take advantage of people in time of need!!! I also called back right after the vet to explain that I needed to confirm the checking account number on the check that I gave them to ensure that it was the correct account. There was a possibility that the check was from an old account that was closed. The exterminator and his boss William gave me the runaround for a few days on the check. I received a call today from the PLS check cashing place that the check was bad. Why did they cash it if I explained this to them and tried to confirm so I could replace the check? They also had me make the check out to cash? When we confronted the owner, he began to threaten me and the cashier from the check cashing place and was using profanity to us. What reputable business does this? Do not use this exterminator!!!
