The store is kinda cramped between the layout and the traffic. The products are fine and you can sample just about anything in the store.

Everyone here is always so pleasant! They are always willing to help and even helped me out when I forgot my coupon today. Great promotions always are flooding my email. I love it!

I love this store. There are always great deals and great coupons. I love the stress relief line of products and the car freshner scents. Amanda was very helpful when I shopped there last week during the holiday madness.

So this is Like any bath and body works but messier… You can barely find anything… It’s the worst during the holidays… I always get good service here… they greet you with extra smiles every time you step here… this place can get really busy around the holiday… long lines all the way out the store. The smell here can be really overwhelming… There different fragrance in the store kinda gives you a headache… I wished they organized there stuff a little better… a lot of product is is located in different area…

Love the products and if you know how to work the sales and coupons properly, you can get some amazing deals. The workers are equally amazing. There is this one cashier who is an absolute sweetheart each time I come in and is always willing to help with anything you have questions about. I get such terrific service from her each time I come in that I end up congratulating her via the customer service hotline all the time.

Great products in here, clean, has a sink, and yeah, this place pretty much rocks.

They have some of the best scented lotions and body washes around. I have tons from this place, a lot bought for me as gifts. I love their hand soaps and when I feel like splurging, I’ll spend the 15 dollars for 4 soaps. The have great candles, which go on sale too around the holidays and IMO are better than most of the Yankee Candle scents I’ve smelled and cheaper too. The place becomes a mad house during Christmas, but the lines which go around the store move super quick. I hardly go into this store anymore, just for the fact that I feel like I end up spending money on stuff that will be in my draw for about 2 years before it’s used. Around Christmas time though, you can always find me in here buying a candle for someone on my list.

This store is located in the staten island mall. Bath and body works is what is. It’s a place to buy cheap lotions and soaps. I used to like this store more when I was younger. I hardly ever shop in this location especially since there’s now a Sepora here.
