Awesome donuts! Nepolean and rainbow donuts a must! Highly recommend fried donut ball with cannoli cream and sugar. Will be a returning customer.

My family and I have gone to belli baci for the jelly donuts and occasion cakes that they display in the cases for a LONG time now– always with an okay experience the last few times the service was off too many young girls running the show with no adult/​manager supervision. This weekend was my sister’s bridal shower. My mom and I went to order the cake about 2 months ago. Spoke to a very nice girl who we ordered the cake with we asked to see a book all she could offer was the owner’s phone to show us cakes (which was fine, but why couldn’t he or she come out and take the order?) as a receipt we were given a piece of computer paper (not a letterhead or formal invoice) It was to be a three tiered cake with fondant 2 mint colored layers and a white layer with a design and diamonds accents the whole nine yards because it was the focal point of our dessert table. Long story short my sister’s shower was on Sunday and my mom called to confirm the cake on Wednesday you know just following up on all the vendors. We get to the venue where the event was held the cake was supposed to arrive at 12pm the start of the party at 12:30 my mom asked where the cake was realizing it was not on the table. The venue called to ask the bakery where the cake was and the answer was «they are making it now»… at 1pm! My mother had to call my father and ask him to check because we had 100 other things to do and they told him for the inconvenience they would send a tray of cookies as well. He asked for a manager and one was not on premises, was told the cake would be there no later than 2pm. 2:15p my brother in law went to the store in person and they said it just left and they were «sorry». On arrival no cookies and the cake was WRONG it was all blue and two tiers not three. It just barely fed the amount of people we had. The cake was delicious but the SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE AT BEST. Poor customer service ruins the whole bakery for me which is very upsetting and I am sure management has no knowledge of what happened.

I bought a lobster tail in August of 2015. Ate some in the car on the way home. Then I put it on a plate and cut it in half only to find the inside FULL of black mold! The owner didn’t get on the phone. The girl said he didn’t see how that was possible because they were «fresh.» I dropped it off, half eaten and all, so they could show him. He never came out from the back to apologize.

Stop what you’re doing and go get a PB&J donut here asap. And when you finish that, eat a plain jelly donut. Both are some of the best donuts I’ve ever eaten! So good!

They are only good for the bakery. When ordering food they mess up the orders every time and when going to sit down and eat just for a specialty sandwich they take over an hour to serve.

These are clearly the best jelly donuts I’ve ever had in my entire life! I live on Long Island and I’m seriously considering a trip to Staten Island just for a taste of heaven. If you’re in Staten Island are passing through Staten Island and love donuts, this is the place to be! Put it on your bucket list to get a jelly donut from Belli Baci.

Tucked away on a corner property lies belli baci bakery, the cute little local bakery with cases full of cookies, cakes and Danishes! from Italian butter and vanilla cookies coated in sprinkles to the freshly made to order canolis there is always something you will want to take home in as many boxes as you can hold. My personal favorites are the peanut butter and jelly donuts, flagels (flat thin crispy bagels) and the rainbow cookie! loaded with almond flavor, brightly colored and topped with thing chocolate ganache. They also have a creative and delicious sandwich menu with a rotating variety of soups (when it’s in stock, get the butternut squash bisque or the broccoli cheddar). The girls that work there are friendly and are super knowledgeable in the bakery items. Can’t decide on lunch always go with the belli baci special– fried chicken cutlet topped with fresh in house made mozzarella, prosciutto, arugula and dressed with homemade basil pesto mayo and homemade balsamic dressing!!! The staff is operated by family so you can feel like family here when ordering.

Favorite bakery on Staten Island! If I want to make a great impression at a family party, I know just where to go. Always a wide variety of creative treats that are updated week to week with traditional favorites or sweet surprises.

i had went to Belli Baci with my mother in law today to get a cheesecake and the girl working was incrediably rude. we will never return as her attitude everytime we asked a question was uncalled for

Best bakery I ever had. There stuff is always fresh and their peanut butter and jelly donuts are out of this world. Their food and sandwiches are so good. Love this place so much.

Belli Baci has changed its menu and now they have Tuscan wraps. Let me tell you, although a little messy they taste so freaking amazing. I’ve had the BLT wrap with grilled shrimp, the veggie wrap was done so perfectly and I also have had the chicken Cesar wrap. We go there a lot and I must say they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. You can’t listen to all the reviews you have to try it your self. Oh yeah their pizza is bangin also.

Went to this place for an afternoon treat and was terribly disappointed. The staff has no idea what they are doing and it took three people to make a cappuccino and in the end the milk was burned. I ordered a bear claw and noticed mold spots on the back. Brought it to the attention of the employees and they all acted like they didn’t know anything. Will never return, not even worth the gas to drive there.

Amazing place! The pb and j doughnuts are out of this world. Also love the cheese cake, pignoli, Apple and pumpkin pie. Very nice people and they handle a rush like professionals thank you for your service!

Best bakery on this side of the island. If you’ve never had the inis, try them! It’s a Sicilian specialty. Looks like a riceball filled with cannoli cream, but it’s more like a donut/​zeppole. Rainbow cookies are always fresh and tasty. I’ve also ordered cakes here for several occasions and are never disappointed.

Baba rum should be filled with rum and cream not air. The cannoli shells should be crisp not shoe leather. They taste like cardboard. Very disappointed!!! Recommend??? How about NO! Sayonara!!!

Unfortunately nothing went well for this experience at all. I can’t see how people talk so highly of this place. When walking in it looked like world war three hit the store. No one greeted us for the first couple of minutes we were in the store and as we were asking about the cakes the girl was asking the other girl from way across the store.
Finally we open the cake tonight and it doesn’t look fresh. It Has an «odd» odor and a brave sole tasted it and said it tasted funny. So I’m sorry to say we won’t be going back to this place.

Forget the bakery, the sandwich’s are friggin bananas and don’t forget the bakery. Peanut Butter and jelly donuts are a party in you mouth.

This small little bakery is located in the southern most end of the island. While there are some Italian bakeries located in the area, this by far is the best one.
In fact, probably the best one on the island, and as good as the ones in Brooklyn.
They offer many baked goods such as cookies, cakes and croissants. They also make breakfast snacks and breads. Everthing taste very fresh, like it was just made.
My favorite has to be the 7 layer cookies, they are the best i have ever tasted anywhere. The other cookies are also very good and delicious.
You can eat cookies and have coffee in the this shop, as it has a few tables.
The price is not that bad, and the staff is very friendly.
I am always a hit at the family parties when i bring cookies/​cakes from here.
Will always be stopping by to get my cookies on.
