Question: If you working here should you help to serve people faster?
I spend here 20 minutes.
Not happy, deposit my money took only 4 minutes, but waiting when so many people just chilling who supposed to work is not acceptable.

This bank is the worst To come to. I had to make a payment and the teller was pretty rude and nasty. She said I need your id and I look at her, excuse me? I’m making a payment and she was rude and said well we need ID now so go to your car and get it. Smh than God I only have credit car that u used once a blue

This is a very small but clean branch located in the Target complex not far from Staten Island mall. I’m happy it’s in the complex because it’s far and few you find a Chase branch in Staten Island. It’s also good because there are other stores I can shop. Also plenty of parking!
However it’s a small branch and only one ATM. Not enough room to stand and hey served. The service needs to be quicker especially since it’s a small and tight spacing!
