Christopher Michael Salon

Had to go somewhere to get my hair blown out for a wedding I’m in tomorrow. Just needed it clean and smooth, didn’t want any products that could give me a problem when I get my hair done in the morning. Amanda was very nice, and did a great job. She made my hair look great, and had to do a bit of hard work without using products to make her job easier. I’d definitely come back. Everyone was friendly, from reception, to assistant who washed my hair, to hairdresser. Place was nicely decorated and very clean. Prices were average for a nice salon.

I use to go to Christopher Michael’s and always thought they did a good job and the staff was always friendly and courteous. It was also very convenient for me as it was right by my house. I’ve since changed hair salons though because the pricing just became too astronomical for me. I found another salon that offers great pricing and love the way they style, color, and cut my hair will definitely go back. It’s a shame I really do like Christopher Michaels, the pricing is just a little too rich for me.

I came here for a quick wash and blow out and had it done by Amanda, She was really sweet and nice and helped make sure i was happy with what I wanted. I loved the Moroccan Oil products they use they smell so good. I didn’t see a lot of people here this day but I heard it does get crowded at times. It cost me $ 30 for a blow out but I hear for more senior hairstylist and even for color and cuts the bill can be very expensive which I don’t think I will be doing that. I would come back for another wash and blow it was just simple and nothing fancy or curls and I recommend Amanda she was professional and good at what she does and I enjoyed her friendly personality and conversation she was having with me. They do offer you water, tea and coffee too. The place is very clean and nice washing station and hair stylist station. They also do nails here and everything is much easier and better if its done by appointment first.

I’ve been going here for at least five years. I find the staff very friendly and professional. I usually get my hair done by Doug who is great but also have gotten great haircuts from Farah, Michael, and Chris. They are most always able to fit me in when I call at the last minute.

I liked my haircut and blow out, but felt both the girl that washed my hair and the actual hairstylist were rough with my hair at times, pulling a little harder than I like. When my hair was getting washed, she also felt the need to wash my ears and neck. The haircut and blowout were a job well done, but the whole ambience didn’t wow me. I don’t know what I was expecting, but I left slightly disappointed.

This is the most unprofessional salon I have ever been to. The place is filthy and I’m not talking about hair on the floor. There is other garbage that should be in the garbage pail, but instead is all over floor (tissues, etc). Shelves that hold products that they want you to buy are full of dust. I peeked behind counter where they apply makeup and the makeup brushes were filthy. I would not allow anyone to use those bacteria covered brushes on me. The people who work the front desk are rude. They never say thank you, can’t even hand you your change when you pay, they slap it down on the counter. On one occasion there was a stylist telling a vulgar joke in front of other customers.

I have really curly hair, and have been going to Michael (owner) for about 10 years. His haircuts are amazing, and somehow always have a great shape whether I wear my hair straight OR curly. The haircuts look good as they grow out, too. I don’t let anyone else cut my hair, and for good reason! I call same day for an appointment pretty often, and always find a spot, they’re really good at fitting in clients.

On 11÷23÷12 I received the worst and most expensive hair cut. From Krissi! I would never go back to this salon, I left feeling like I looked worst then when I walked in. The bottom line is that, this particular hair stylist was in a rush to go home and decided she would cut way more hair then I asked her to and mess up my bangs ugh

They did my hair, makeup, and nails for my wedding and the hairstyles for all of my bridesmaids. They were phenomenal! Very friendly and, best of all, reasonably priced. The nails were a little expensive, but I got the UV treatment that lasted for weeks so I can see why. My hair looked EXACTLY the way I wanted it to and they treated my veil and haircomb like gold haha. I will say that during my makeup trial, my makeup came out a little «bolder» than I’d wanted it to, but the day of the wedding, it couldn’t have come out more perfect. They also thanked me for bringing my entire bridal party there by giving me a goodie bag of cool hair products and lip gloss that I took with me on the honeymoon. I highly recommend them!

going for years and i never leave without looking like a million dollars. Chris is WONDERFUL.

Okay, so last time I came here was for a new doo for my ex bosses wedding. Summer, moreover AUGUST has very humid weather. So getting a blow-​out did not work out all that well for me.
Today was the Unilocal inaugural ball. And my curly styled hair was not looking too grand. So because CM is around the corner from my house, I called on my way home from work (had a half day) and they gave me an immediate appointment.
Jodi gave me a great blowout. I was in and out in under 30 minutes.
