By Nicole And Cathy with such beautiful warm smiles .
In the past experiences I had with emergency care facilities
I was never greeted, just told to sign in and take a seat
Until called .The communication skills and overall
Appearance here was excellent.
I truly hope that other places like this will be run the same way .
Many people like myself get nervous about coming here
Not to mention the way they treat you like they could care less.
And I have witnessed such treatment in the past .
Especially with the elderly, and that is sad because this would
Be the last place they want to be .
They should have more people like Nicole and Cathy or
Have these two wonderful girls show the other women or men behind the desk the right way to do their job and have a very
Happy waiting room.

Came in here the other night all is well

Aftering waiting almost two hours to be seen by a doctor I had to hear about the girls behind the desk talk about their co workers, about their sex lives and about how much they hate their job and boss. This was not only unprofessional but annoying and next time I’m sick I rather be sitting on a curb outside half dead then EVER go back to this disgusting place they call urgent care. the only reason why this place has one star is because I couldn’t post without it.

They offer you water and hot chocolate while you wait. Way to not get an accurate temp

If I could give zero stars I would. Let me start by saying that I am a RN, and being in the medical field I have never seen such a unprofessional place ever. I brought my fiancé here, since he couldn’t get an appointment with his primary. The creatures at the front desk were so gross. Smacking gum in their mouths, taking selfies, talking about the other people who work here and eating with crumbs everywhere. ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTING ! If you weren’t sick before coming in here, you will walk out sick. They are very nosy and have no comprehension of medical information. They tried to diagnose my fiancé and tell him to go to his primary before even gathering any relevant information, and not even being allowed to do that. Please don’t come here if you are sick and need to be seen by a doctor.

I had a wonderful experience at Circle Urgent Care. The receptionist, Jackie, was warm and informative. Aside from being so kind to me, she was willing to help an elderly woman with all paperwork by bringing everything to her and explaining everything thoroughly. I was extremely impressed. I was welcomed by Lenny and was provided with extremely professional and courteous care. The PA, Gina, was very thorough, professional, and timely. The facility is clean and even offers an area for children to play. I can imagine that wait times can be lengthy, however, with TV’s in each treatment room and in the waiting room, the time passes quickly. I highly recommend this facility!

I had to take my mother here earlier this week for symptoms of dehydration. From the minute we walked in, the staff could not be nicer or more professional. Since she was seen in the office before, she did not have to re-​sign any papers. They just took her license and she was able to sit in the waiting area. When it was her turn to be seen, the staff saw how concerned I was and allowed me to go with my mother as she met with medical staff. Most places do not do this, but let me tell you, it made the whole experience less frightening. for me and probably my mother too. After my mother was assessed by an assistant, she met with Dr. David Rose who was patient, kind and very professional. He took time to answer all our questions and didn’t make us feel like he was in a hurry. It turns out, my mother was dehydrated and after they treated her, she was released feeling like herself! They gave her two IV drips, I’ve been told by other people when they were dehydrated that other places sent them home telling them to drink! From the front desk to meeting with Dr, Rose, everyone was friendly and very helpful. When your sick, as much as you need knowledgeable medical personnel, you also need someone friendly to offer you a smile. It truly DOES make all the difference. Very often, even if one has a primary care physician, they aren’t there the day you really need to be seen, and this is what usually happens to my mother! If you live in the area, or even Brooklyn and are in need of medical care and either do not have a primary care physician, or you do and he or she is off that day, Circle Urgent Care is a top notch medical facility. Staten Island has gone through many changes these last few years, most of which are not good at all, I’m happy to say, that Circle Urgent Care is 1 of the best changes ever to take place on Staten Island. What also impressed me was the staff calling my mother the following day to ensure that she was feeling better. This impressed me because urgi centers only provide urgent care, they do not have to follow up with you the next day as they are not your primary care facility, so when my mother told me that they had called her, I was very grateful and very impressed!
Places like this also keep non life threatening emergencies from flooding the Er’s and thats really important. Lets keep the ER’s available to those poor people experiencing a life threatening emergency! Good luck and good health!

My husband and I have been here five times over the last 5 months (broken bones, flu, etc) and every time we came, they were great and the facilities are super clean and the staff are kind. Never a long wait, and you get the help you need.
We were even offered hot chocolate, water, or tea when we came.
We can never get an appointment with a PCP when we need it, and this is just a million more times accessible. And for someone who thought she sprained her ankle but actually broke it, they were so kind and caring, I would highly recommend it!

Excellant option when your dr is not available. They were excellent, thorough and compassionate. This is my 3 time here and worth every penny of my $ 30. Co pay. The dr wouldn’t let me leave until he felt confident he performed all tests. The office was spotless, staff was wonderful even bringing you bottled water coffee or tea. Good experience! They went over and above to make me feel better.

I was feeling sick from a few cold symptoms for a few days and when I finally decided to go here I probably should have been on antibiotics days ago… when I walked in everyone was pretty nice and friendly and it did not look like a long wait, I soon got taken into the back and put into a room (the office is beautiful, by the way) but after I got my vital signs taken I was left in there for quite a while and already not feeling well I was REALLY starting to get frustrated and honestly was about to just leave BUT a nurse came in, I believe her name was Jessie? or Jessica. and she was unbelievable and offered me hot chocolate or water to make me more comfortable and apologized for the long wait time, that they had gotten «slightly backed up» and reassured me the doctor would be in soon, and he was! I thank her, even after when I had more questions she made sure to answer them before I left, and thank you to the doctor for eventually seeing me, overall I would go back again, thanks circle.

Excellent service! I’ll definitely go back here. I came in with a sore throat on Easter Sunday and they were so thorough and caring. I highly recommend this place.

I haven’t been to these or different ones before so I can’t really compare services. I have been to doctor offices and hospitals. To be an urgent care I can understand the need to be in the point when you need a request to see someone right away. And I seen that here the doctors will see you much faster then emergency centers and faster them some doc offices. The place is really clean & had friendly staff at the counter. Kids can come with they Parent’s and be drawn away by playing with kids games. And let the Parent’s deal with the adult matters while there. Get easy way to come and leave too. Parking isn’t hard to find. Good luck when your there and hope all turns out well!

They gave me wrong cream for a rash

Very clean facility and nicely decorated, with really nice people to greet you when you get in. Also, they take you in pretty quickly. but that’s where it ends. Real know it all doctor, just kept going on and on and on about antibiotics, telling me they would not help what I had. He ended up giving me a script and of course I filled it right away. He did not diagnose me. I just wanted out and left, without a follow up sheet. I called back a few days later to get the results of my throat culture and it still wasn’t in. I asked what my diagnosis was and was told I had an upper respiratory infection and bronchitis and was instructed to not stop taking my antibiotics. Whoever this person I spoke with was very professional and well informed, unlike that arrogant doctor. I will not go back

Came in for a sprained ankle and got really excellent service. The staff, nurses and doctors are really friendly and the Xrays were super quick. I would definitely come back.

I really like this place. The lobby is spacious and very clean, and the front desk staff are very friendly.
I have been there three times (not just for myself) and every time we were taken in quickly and had all our needs addressed. The doctors are patient and friendly, and you don’t feel like you’re being rushed out the door.

There is nothing nice and pleasant about going to the Dr… But honestly this experience was extremely pleasant, from checking in to the nurse taking the vitals to seeing the Dr… all pretty painless and pleasant

Very clean, very nice staff, walkin ins welcome. The doctor are very good… I am a patient and they where very nice to me. We’ll accomating. front staff was very sweet. Would def recommend them and I will go back

I often feel rushed and unsupported when I visit a doctor’s office.
I am so glad to have found this place. Staff is kind, attentive, and most of all I don’t feel like I am another number being pushed out the door.
I recommend this office as I am a frequent doctor visitor and know what it is like to receive poor care and how awful an experience it could be. I sincerely recommend this plae as I feel respected and well treated from the moment I enter the door.
It is clean, convenient and has met my various needs thus far.
