My husband and I used the services of Mr. Hollander. After a thorough free initial evaluation of our case, we decided to proceed with chapter 7. We were given a reasonable payment plan with an option of having the payments debited from our bank account. We had to pay half the cost of the case $ 3000 before we could meet with the paralegal assigned to our case. This gave us plenty of time to gather the documents we needed for that first meeting. Most of the interaction until your court date takes place between you and the paralegal. The person assigned to us was very knowledgeable, promptly returned phone calls and explained every step of the process. After we paid the fees in full, our court date was set. At court, we once again met with Mr. Hollander who briefed us on what to expect and he represents you while you are being interviewed by the trustee. When that was completed, he took all of his clients that day (twelve in all) to a conference room and gave us some advice regarding rebuilding credit. He also gave us a book on surviving bankruptcy. I found him to be very professional and caring. I would recommend him to my family and friends.
