Most nail salons I walk into on Staten Island the owners are extremely rude and nasty and barely acknowledge you. The owner of this salon is one of the most sweetest people I’ve met. He cares and values his customers & does what he can to improve the salon. I’ll come back just for the customer service. Did I mention the prices are great ?!

I like this place. Ive been going here for a long time and I don’t really have anything bad to say except sometimes the pedicure is rushed. I do my LCN here every other week by Jenny and she is the best! The owner Jeffery is extremely kind and wants to make sure you get everything you ask for. I don’t really have any negative comments towards it !!

Save your time and money!!! When I came in, the woman who I mad an appointment with wasn’t there. A young guy ended up doing my nails who kept texting, didn’t listen and messed up a few times. After I complained to the owner they switched me to a woman who didn’t speak English. She messed up my nails even more. The owner at the end had the balls to try and charge me for changing my nail shape, when I didn’t even ask in the beginning. They had to change them after they screwed up from the start. My regular nails took two hours to do because they kept messing up.

This was the WORST nail salon I have ever been too. I went in at 3:15 and had an appt for it for LCN I was sat down on time which was a plus. However, the lady who did my nails I asked for PINK and white she did my nails clear and white. I had asked her to cut my nails shorter she said she will and never did, and as well as that she cut my finger to the point where I was BLEEDING she didn’t stop filing and when I pulled back she scuffed at me. My lady also didn’t even BOTHER to cut my cuticles or ANYTHING of that sort she just got right into putting tips on me. I live on the other side of the island and came just for this salon and this was my FIRSTANDLASTTIMECOMINGTOTHISPLACE. HATEDTHEEXPERIENCE I HAD.

I have been coming to this place for about a year now, and I’ve had no major issues. The owner is friendly and has always been helpful — if there is something about my manicure I’m not happy with, there’s never been a problem with fixing or changing it. To me, it seems he is really concerned about the happiness of his customers. The place is clean and well maintained, and at the time of this review there are actually all brand new pedicure chairs that look great(I will have to try them on my next visit). I’ve never felt rushed, and every time I’ve come in requesting specific designs the girls who I’ve had have always done really nice jobs. I’ve recommended several friends here who now come regularly. The only thing I’d have to take a star off for — and perhaps it’s a minor complaint — is that when I make an appointment to come in with a friend, it would be nice if we could be seated next to each other for our mani-pedis(when it’s not too crowded of course). Most other places I’ve frequented seem to make an effort to make sure you sit next to your friend so you can chat during your relaxation time, but again it’s just a minor thing. I’m sure if I specifically made it a point to say that I’d really like to sit together with my friend, they wouldn’t tell me no :)

My pedicure was so rushed despite an empty salon and nearly everything in here is broken. :(

This place is awful. First the ower started doing my nails but kept getting up every two minutes to answer the phone. Then someone else had to finish my nails. This was the WORDT gel manicure I’ve ever gotten! The gel is all underneath my nails and my nails themselves are sticky and dull. Avoid this place.
