I hopped around several different nail places on the island before a friend recommended this place. I’ve been coming here ever since. The best priced i’ve come across and they do a great nail. I’m over in Huguenot and I willingly take the ride to Great Kills, passing up a lot of closer places, just to come back here.

I used to go here a long time ago for years they apparently have new owners and I have to say absolutely terrible! I walked in one day to get tips put on and soak the old ones off they said yea sure we can do that do you want a pedi while you soak your nails off I really didn’t want to but they talked me into it. As they finished my pedi and my nails were all off the lady who did my pedi told them i was ready to get my nails done and the owner turned around and said no i have to people waiting now its too late (it was 430) tell her to do a gel mani no1 can do her tips and the guy was leaving the lady that was doing my pedi has been doing mine for yrs and she stuck up for me by saying no she don’t want a gel mani she wants tips the manager very nasty said well then she has to come back tomorrow. I was beyond annoyed and paid for my pedi and left and didn’t go back. then i really needed to get them done a few weeks ago and i really like the way they do nails so this time i called and made an appointment for 430 to get tips put on they said yes come in at 430! i walk in at 430 and the manager again very nasty says no we cant do them no1 has time and the guy is leaving (THIS GUY ALWAYS LEAVES EARY HOW IS HE STILL WORKING!?) i said i have a 430 appointment the lady told me come in at 430 the guy worker denied telling the girl it was ok and no1 else can do my nails today. Think i was mad? the owner was nasty and said sorry come back tomorrow i turned around and said no im not coming back tomorrow or ever again this is the 2^nd time you did this to me and i will let all my friends know to never come here again! and now im letting everyone here know they are rude! very unprofessional! and have no clue how to run a business! i don’t know how they keep them in business with such nasty staff! the only reason i gave them 1 star is because i had to!
