We are a wellness company that promotes whole body cryotherapy (WBC). Our treatments promote beauty and overall physical health and performance. We help individuals address the effects of aging, stress, and injury. Our aim is to enhance our clients’ quality of life, whether they’ve come to us for overall well-being, to address a medical or physical condition, perform better in sports or to look and feel younger and healthier.
Whole Body Cryotherapy originated in Japan in the 1970’s as doctors were trying to find an effective treatment for arthritis. Further research has concluded that intense, short term cooling of the skin’s surface has far more beneficial effects on the body than other known cold therapies.
