Specialties
Lotus Garden specializes in Chinese Cuisine. We are also bringing authentic Chinese Dim Sum to Staten Island. Dim Sum is the equivalent of breakfast/Brunch dining. We offer full Dim Sum service from Friday to Sunday and Partial Dim Sum service from Monday to Thursday.
History
Established in 2014.
Lotus Garden was originally Sunny Palace. After a year of work, Sunny palace decided to bring in a new partner Alex Li to help manage and push the restaurant in a new direction. With the addition of another partner we have changed the name from Sunny Palace to Lotus Garden. The flower Lotus has often been associated with the moon cake festival. The lotus flower itself represents rebirth, the reason why this flower is special is because it grows in the harshest of condiions. The current mission of the restaurant is to separate ourselves from other Chinese cuisine restaurant by
1) Using only quality ingredients to bring authentic Chinese Culture food
2) Expose the local community to different variation of authentic Chinese cuisine like Dim Sum
3) Become the standard for what Chinese food should be.
