Probably the worst American Chinese food you can order from, the place is very dirty, and the food even got me sick. I only went here because it was closet thing in the pouring rain. I recommend going to east meets west, which is about 2 blocks away from this horried restaurant.

Despite it’s slightly ghetto appearance, Mandarin Chef boasts an array of delicious entrees typical of Americanized Chinese restaurants in the suburbs.
I recommend the chicken with eggplant in garlic sauce, chicken with string beans in garlic sauce, and their wonton noodle soup.
Lunch specials come with a soup or soda.
This restaurant has changed its name to New Mandarin Chef, so I think it may have changed owners.
The only annoying thing about this place is that their parking lot is in the double parking style, so if someone parks behind you, you will probably have to go around to the different stores asking if that person will move their car so you can pull out.
