Truth be told, we were probably one of the the most high maintenance, picky, walk-​me-​through-​it-​step-​by-​step clients they’ve ever had, but Rob handled us with professionalism and (unbelievable) patience throughout the entire process!
Working in a five star service industry, our expectations were extremely high, but he certainly met and exceeded all of them. The best parts of my experience were that he actually took the time to explain everything, kept me updated constantly and quickly updated any changes we requested (which is rare to find such quick response time these days with client service).
We’ve now worked with Rob and his team on multiple projects together, everything from Web design to mobile apps, which he delivers brilliantly on each time! We all refer him as much as we can since it’s definitely hard to find people who not only enjoy what they do, but ACTUALLY make the experience enjoyable for their clients.
