Your performance at various activities will increase whether you are climbing ladders or climbing stairs, running for a pass or your toddler. CrossFit allows you to be both mentally and physically prepared for any situation – carrying groceries, a backpack or another person on your back
History
Established in 2012.
Outerbridge CrossFit is one of the only two legitimate CrossFit gyms on Staten Island. We are located on the south shore and have an amazing group of people who truly enjoy pushing the limits of their physical and mental capacities.

Fitness has been a constant in my life since I was child. It’s level has varied from riding my bike through the various trails of New York City’s parks to flying 17ft through the air as a division one collegiate pole vaulter for the University of Rhode Island. While earning my degree in exercise science from Rhode Island and competing at national levels for their track and field program I learned the importance of good physical training. Now that I am no longer considered an «athlete» by most definitions I have turned fitness into my new sport. Feeling and seeing the differences that fitness has made in my life has inspired me to spread my knowledge and passion to every person I meet and/or coach. You should be able to go out on a run, be a starter on every team you play for, ride your bike, or pick up a 50lb bag of dog food without even considering the option of failure. I strive to make exercise as fun and as beneficial to all of my athletes as it is for me. I say athletes because as
