Petite Treat Cupcake Company

Was in the area and saw the high ratings for the place. Honestly, not impressed. The cupcakes were too sweet for my liking. Even the cream cheese frosting was a bit sweet. I’d probably go somewhere else next time.

I purchased a groupon and experienced the same poor service as other people apparently have. I wish I read the reviews prior to purchasing the groupon :-(
I tried calling in advance to place my order, left several messages and send numerous emails but no one ever contacted me back, and the cupcakes never got delivered. What a disappointment at the 65^th birthday party for which they were intended.
NEVER do business with these amateurs. They do not know anything about running a business. I too am waiting for groupon to refund me my money.

I whole heartedly advise anyone doing business with this supposed company DON’T DO IT. I’ve never listed such a poor review before and wasn’t sure what to say but very simple I am filled with emotion every time I think of the disappointment in my 3year olds face had I not gone to Stop and Shop at 630 am the day of his birthday party to get him red cupcakes. They claim not having a store front is an asset nope its an excuse not to have any communication with costumers. They only worked through email and when i asked them to confirm the order (sent as recommended) one week prior and didn’t hear anything until 4 days prior to go time I should have know. From that point on the last thing I heard from them was an automated email from Valerie the owner’s (I guess) I automated google calendar noting delivery Friday night between 8 – 9. They never set a time or got my address I only hoped they may have gotten it from groupon. I emailed the day of 3x no answer I called 5x no answer then I left a message begging them to call back and let me know if I had to make other plans 10:00 night before party at 11:00 am NO CALL NO Email NOTHING!!! So I didn’t sleep finished my daughters cake and was on pins and needles until I held the substitutes in my hands. THEY NEVER CALLED NEVER CONTACTED ME AND ONLY 2 HOURS AFTER THE PARTY DID THEY NOT CALL BY E-​MAIL ME SAYING WE HAD YOU DOWN FOR PICK TODAY AT 12:00. NO Phone call no apology nothing. When I sent them a copy of the automated response and how it was the last and only response from them since Thursday and how angry and upset i was they simple said,” if you list we can say you are a problem customer.” YEP that’s me I expect communication, respect and well call me crazy THE ACTUAL CUPCAKES!!! I have waited some to to write this because I didn’t want it to be a foul language festival. I REALLY want others to take heed because NO-​ONE should have to be put in this situation to beg for cupcakes!!! Shame on you Valerie and Petit Treat I got the trick and now I am making sure no one else does!

Terrible business. Owner did not return emails or phone calls for two weeks. Would never recommend Petite Treats for any event. There are plenty of better businesses on staten island for cupcakes.

I’ve ordered cupcakes from Petite Treat/​Valerie twice and both times were hits! I purchased a Groupon from her a few months back, ordered my cupcakes two weeks in advance, and didn’t have any problems. Cupcakes were decorated just the way I ordered them and they tasted delicious. Will definitely be ordering from her again!

Be aware of Petite Treat Cupcake, It is a scam. I was trying to place in order and made several calls without any success. When I finally reached them, the owner told me its too late for them to do it as they overbooked. Then I placed the order 4 months in advance. After trying to confirm the order via phone this week, I had sent an email and received a very disturbing response from the owner who refused to do an order, accusing me of various things. The business owner should had learn that their success depends on being professional and prompt, not catty.

These cupcakes are OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! The owner was super polite and very easy to deal with. She made exactly what I was looking for on every occasion I have dealt with the company and I have NEVER been disappointed!

well i would like to start off by saying i have used this company on several occasionans and each time was better than the first. the professionalism shown by this company was very warm and compassionate. the quality of the cupcakes were amazing, i have passed on her name to several bussiness partners and coworkers and they all but doubly thanked me. i cannot wait for another occassion so i can enjoy the delicious cupcakes and recieve them with a smile!!!

Catering company. They bake cupcakes. Cupcakes are good. They make gluten free cupcakes. They deliver cupcakes free of charge anywhere in Staten Island. What more do you need to know!?! Yummy cupcakes. Check out their website for cupcake specialties and prices.
